Don’t read if you’re EASILY OFFENDED

After 4 years in the industry, selling for 4 different pest control companies, and now officially selling at an elite level. I’ve learned a lot about myself, this industry, and the people around me.

First off, do what’s best for YOU.
No ifs, ands, or buts. No matter who, what, or why. If you feel like you should be doing something, do it.
The people meant to be in your life will make it known. Real ones are your friends on all terms, not just theirs.

Second, goals don’t make you happy.
They’re just checkpoints of your own growth.
Things don’t make you happy. People don’t make you happy. You make you happy.
Every single day on the doors, you choose whether it’s a good day or a bad one. Learn to control that space between your ears, it decides everything.

And last, you can only perform as high as the ceiling you’re standing under.
Your environment sets your limit.
If we’re not working together now… we will eventually.

Happy anniversary to Reggie who fights through the chaos of our lives, who is my biggest supporter, and my favorite person to exist. Life’s been busy, stressful, and nonstop, but having you beside me makes all of it worth it. Thanks for loving me every day and over any distance! ❤️😘 #3 by @ogmormon

Summer sales will humble you fast. You either kill the ego, learn the lesson, and get better- or you keep knocking with excuses. Growth starts the moment pride leaves.
