Private training with a local detective. He came hungry to learn and made significant improvement. He got the opportunity to run his guns hard. I will destroy the LE mantra “slow down and get your hits” one cop at a time.

Second clip is my run. Feels great being back on the range after tearing my bicep tendon. Lots of work to do.

Finally back full duty. I tore my distal bicep tendon in early April. This taught me a lot about how little most doctors and physical therapists know about training, nutrition, peptides and more. Your normal PT is guideline therapy. It’s a waste of time.

If you truly want to heal, find a good out of network physical therapist that works with athletes and do your own research about nutrition and peptides. Huge thank you to @rr_elitetrainingcenter and @therecoveryvaultpc these two guys are the reason I healed so quickly. I cannot recommend them enough.
