Imagine Being Crew Today, Yacht Charter Guest Tomorrow.

PLOT TWIST:

As Our Faceless Crew’s founders, we spent years creating unforgettable yacht experiences for guests… then good karma and a magical wizard called Goolets flipped the script gifted us the chance to go from crew to guest for a week in Italy.

Imagine…Suddenly the beautifully prepared cabin was ours
The chef is cooking what we liked
And when the water toys came out, we could be first in line.

Honestly? Elite plot twist.

But experiencing a yacht from this side reminded us of something important…guests may not see every behind-the-scene preparation, or every last-minute adjustment…

But they FEEL it. It creates an energy…a vibe

They feel the warm welcome, the perfectly timed service, and all the thoughtful details behind every moment.

So yes, we ate, explored, played and fully committed to guest mode. Even if we felt the twinges of imposter syndrome.

But underneath it all, the crew member in us kept thinking:

“Wow… this is what our hard work feels like from the other side?.”

To everyone involved in creating these perfect charters, Our Faceless Crew salutes you. We look forward to hosting you for a tour on board the new kid on the block, Yacht Oguz Khan. We’re taking her to the Caribbean this yachting winter, and she’s available for charters in both the Med and Caribbean. DM us and we’ll put you on to her amazing charter specialist.

Damn… that experience was 💫 special thanks to @alex_versnik @alespetric_official and @klemenceglar for the videos and photography by @oguz.marin

What do your crew do to level up the vibe on charter? ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Meet our SUPERCREW of the month, the ever-energetic deck/stew, Ayşenur.

IN HER WORDS:

“I have been working at sea for around 15 years, having started in the maritime industry at a very young age. For the past four to five years, I have also had the opportunity to work internationally, mainly on motor yachts.

My background is primarily in deck operations, and I have worked on different types of vessels throughout my career. Most recently, I worked as a First Mate on a research vessel that we refitted and converted into a motor yacht. Being involved in that project was a very valuable experience for me, both professionally and personally.

One of the most memorable experiences of my career was a delivery trip on a catamaran from Poland to Barcelona. We spent around 30 days continuously at sea, and although it was a long and challenging journey, I absolutely loved it. Experiences like that remind me why I chose this career in the first place.

Although most of my experience has been on motor yachts, working on a sailing yacht has been a completely different and exciting experience for me. I really enjoy learning more about sailing and developing myself in a different type of seamanship.

What I enjoy most about working on deck is being active, working as part of a team, learning something new every day, and of course simply being at sea. I enjoy the responsibility that comes with deck work and the satisfaction of keeping a vessel safe, well maintained, and ready for operations.

My education has also always been connected to the maritime industry. I studied commercial diving at university, so the sea has been a part of both my education and my professional life. After so many years, I honestly cannot imagine myself doing anything completely away from the sea.

For me, this is more than just a job. It is the environment where I feel most comfortable, motivated, and where I want to continue growing professionally”.

Oguz Khan conquers Italy 🇮🇹

DM me to experience the ride of your lifetime! She is a 50.5m luxury motorsailor available for charter in the Mediterranean and Caribbean during winter season.

She has a water toy park most motorsailors would envy! Her own slide, platform with pool, 2 tenders, 2 jet skis, 2 efoils, 2 seabobs, 2 padlleboards, ringo rides, water skis and more. Lush, spacious cabins, where I would honestly not mind staying in either of them! All bathrooms have two basins and a gorgeous shower.
Master cabin with walk in closet and a Turkish hammam.

POV: The yacht stew on your charter has a secret talent .
Meet Ayşe from 51 meter yacht, Oguz Khan, launched this year by @oguz.marin
By day she’s the yacht’s all-rounder, pitching in wherever she’s needed. By sundown she’s a professional piano instructor and concert pianist, entertaining her charter guests with magical notes from Chopin and other great composers.
Recruiters and captains often look for multi-skilled crew, but this was a first, even for us. A piano instructor on board? How unique that makes this yacht!
Follow @ayse_ozge_ce and maybe you’ll hear her play at the @antiguascharteryachtshow. The yacht plans to attend the yacht show in Antigua this December and is available for bookings through @goolets
