Drew is the kind of person who likes solving problems. A former athlete with a competitive streak, he brings that same focus and discipline to helping businesses find practical ways to use AI.

He works with business owners to deploy AI voice agents that handle everything from reservations and scheduling to customer support, helping teams stay responsive without adding more work to their day.

Before joining OH.io, Drew built his career in human capital management, where he discovered he enjoyed helping companies tackle operational challenges. Now, he partners with organizations to introduce AI solutions that save time, improve customer experiences, and create room for teams to focus on higher-value work.

His empathetic approach to sales, paired with a relentless drive to build predictable, high-performing teams, helps turn ambitious goals into lasting customer partnerships.

Before joining OH.io, Sam led sales for a London-based startup through its acquisition. Since then, he’s helped secure a U.S. Air Force contract and grew a Fortune 500 enterprise account by more than 100% in its first year. He’s passionate about helping build America’s next technology capital right here in his hometown of Columbus.

Raised in a family of small business owners, Lucas brings a practical, problem-solving mindset to every customer conversation. He specializes in connecting what AI products can do with what buyers actually need, turning complex technology into real-world solutions that businesses can trust and implement.

Before joining OH.io, Lucas worked in sales engineering across legal tech and alternative asset platforms, helping sophisticated buyers navigate highly technical products and long sales cycles. Today, he’s helping integrate EverWorker across our sales motion while building the bridge between product innovation and customer success.
