Thank you to the @ecmcfoundation and @actecareertech1 for the impactful experiences provided through the ACTE Next Level Postsecondary CTE Leaders Fellowship.

Amidst a backdrop of unpredictable economic shifts and rapidly evolving technologies, it is our role as educators and administrators to meet the challenge of developing the workforce of tomorrow. This requires early exposure to high-demand career fields, robust dual-credit and dual-enrollment offerings, and nimble, fast-paced training and career preparation programs that are attuned to industry needs and practices. Furthermore, we must establish employment partnerships that help ensure student investments are valued and returned through a clear pathway to a livable wage, alongside robust student support to completion through access to academic services and community resources.

I am exceedingly thankful for all that I have learned through this fellowship and am excited support programs and pathways that will support the workforce talent of today and tomorrow. by @oh.ryfry
