Justice for Ivory Smith

She was just 7 years old when she lost her life to a drunk driver who got out his vehicle unharmed and took pictures of the crime scene while Ivory’s mom screamed for help and he drove off leaving them helpless instead of him calling 911 he has a bond that needs to be revoked he needs to stay in jail for what he did to our family Ivory Smith was full of joy and happiness she was truly a gift from God she will be truly missed and forever in our hearts baby girl WE LOVE YOU 🥰 by @oh_jah3

Dear Family and Friends,

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of our beloved Baby Girl, Ivory Smith. Ivory brought so much light into our lives in her short time with us, and we will forever cherish the joy and love she gave so freely.

As we navigate this profound loss, we are also facing the difficult reality of seeking justice for Ivory. We want to bring awareness to the circumstances surrounding her passing and the individual responsible. Joel Gonzalez Chacin is currently facing charges in connection with this tragedy, and we urgently need your help to ensure he remains in custody. We want him to be held accountable for his actions.

We are asking for your support in raising awareness and urging the appropriate authorities to DENY bond in this case. Ivory’s voice can no longer be heard, but together, we can speak for her and fight for the justice she deserves.

Christina Quainoo the mother of Ivory Smith was also in the crash and sustained severe injuries which has caused her to be hospitalized. She will have a long road to recovery and need everyone’s support.
