BACK BACK FORTH & FORTH ⏩⏪️

Everything you can do while moving forward, you should also be able to do while going backwards 🫡

Meaning: attacking while going backwards is just as important as attacking in the forward motion 💡

A SAMURAI ALWAYS HAS TO RISE & MOVE ON ⚔️

Ein letztes Mal noch gemeinsam:

OHANA KICKBOXING INDEED 🫀

First session ever with my lil cousin from Switzerland, and it’s truly special to share the sport with an actual family member, witnessing the smile and enthusiasm for Martial Arts.

I hope you stick with it and never lose the joy in this journey. Who knows, one day you might step onto the mat or into the ring, feeling the thrill of competition, and I’d be lying if I said I wouldn’t love to be in your corner.

I GOT YOUR BACK !

And yes, SHE HITS LIKE A TRUCK (listen to it)

I‘ve been working with this Lady for about 2 months now and the progress she‘s making is insane.

Keep up the hard work 🥋
