A REALLY fun weekend coaching Ellie’s 10U Lacrosse team to 1st place in the club season end tournament. The girls worked SO HARD this season and this last win was the cherry on top! Ellie had 20 goals during the tournament. The boys also closed their club seasons in hard fought matches - #champs #girlslacrosse #lacrosse #lacrosselife #tired taken in Starfire Sports by @ohhhkait

Now that the dust (and tummy!) have settled, here is my favorite picture of you during the race. It shows how you maintained a positive outlook on the circumstance and relentless forward progress toward the finish. CONGRATULATIONS IRONMAN! If you’re not smiling, you’re not doing it right 💕 taken in Old Sacramento Waterfront by @ohhhkait

So proud of this guy right here. But not for the glamour shots I’m posting, even though check out that smile- even from the pain cave! For the hard work that leads up to it - for the recovery after a scary bike accident and subsequent trips to the bike shop, for a rolled ankle because our kids begged you to play soccer and you did. Because you changed your training mindset from HAVE to, to GET to. Because not even back to school germs, or 20-degree temperature swings and heavy winds or rain can hold you back. And of course, for all the epsom salt baths. Way to go out there and kick ass. You freaking did great! ❤️ now on to 140.6! taken in Columbia Point Marina Park by @ohhhkait
