What a great turnout for my girl @nelliegbadebo at our!! @wegettouchyfeely event over the weekend. #igotthisyougotthiswegotthis I had a scare after my ladies Day that put me on pause, it was a month of reliving that anxious feeling all over again but it made to go right back to the drawing board of my life So I had no choice but to keep still Keep still in faith like I did the first time round and do nothing but RESET!!, Rebuild and regulate my immune and nervous system real quick !!! So it was back to where my recovery works best…. back home !! And as a treat Mr Man brought me back for and indulging stay at one of my favourite places @rokhotelkingston by @ohhhsoso
