#porchetta Our #Easter order form is live thru tonight at 7 PM. Here Adam holds one of our signature offerings, the rind on porchetta. This is the fresh side of pork, from loin down thru the belly, seasoned heavily with salt, pepper, garlic, fennel, red pepper flakes, and fresh rosemary, thyme, and parsley. We zest a few lemons on it then roll it tightly and tie off. It is really a spectacular treat. Cooking instructions provided.

#dinnerisserved🍴 Stop in tonight for an easy dinner. Smoked whole chickens are on the menu!

We start with @wholesomevalleyfarm pasture raised chicken, brine it in a rich chicken broth based brine with sea salt, fresh herbs, and mirepoix, then smoke to a tender finish over hickory.

This weekend's chicken celebration also includes discounts on cuts, chef inspired marinated chicken cuts, and even smoked buffalo chicken wings.

What a crazy few days! We have been without power and phone since Friday, but fortunately yesterday our electrician was able to make some wiring changes and get us fully powered up on a large rental generator. We are open and fully stocked.

10 AM to 7 PM today.

Stop in for #cornedbeef #ryebread and #sauerkraut .

We also have an amazing selection of lamb this weekend, including chimichurri lamb sirloin, frenched rib chops, and ground lamb.

And for the end of maple season, we have a special dry rubbed bone in pork chop with maple glaze. Rubbed with a Mexican coffee, chili, cumin and other spices. Finish with a sweet and tangy maple glaze. Sale $12 per lb.

#fattuesday It is our annual #paczki day. Our staff at the farm kitchen at @wholesomevalleyfarm will be getting in extra early to make us fresh donuts. Because why not do donuts at a butcher shop?
