이번에는 조금 뒤늦게 감성에 젖은(?) 포스팅을 해볼까해요🤓 밤을 새서 졸다가 런던에서 학교가는 버스에 핸드폰을 놓고 내려도 보고, 25살이라는 남들보다 늦은 나이에 런던에서 공부를 시작하면서 너무 늦은건가 하는 고민으로 많이 울고, 좌절도 했어요. 하지만 ‘내가 진짜 하고 싶은 일이라면 미쳐 살아도 좋겠다. 실패하더라도 해보자’는 간절한 생각으로 21살때부터 지금까지 달려왔어요. 감격스럽고 감사한 순간들도 많았고, 힘들고 포기하고 싶은 순간들도 많았지만 저에게 항상 힘이 되주고 응원해주는 소중한 사람들이 있어서 ’OHM'이라는 저의 브랜드 이름을 걸고 캐나다 밴쿠버 패션위크에 스폰을 받아 데뷔 쇼를 할 수 있었어요🥹,,(감격의 눈물 철철,,,,) 사실 처음 디자이너가 되고 싶어서 다른 디자이너들의 패션쇼를 볼 때, 디자이너는 휙휙 지휘하는 가장 멋지고 여유로운 사람이라고 생각했었는데,,ㅎㅎ저는 종일 긴장에 덜덜 떨며 어떻게 쇼를 끝냈는지도 모르는 뚝딱이가 되어 있었지만,,괜찮아요🙂‍↕️ 정말 작은 시작일수도 있지만, 그래도 저에게는 뜻깊은 순간이라 이렇게 오글토글, 감성에 젖어버린 게시글을 써봐요오오오🤪 감사한분들께는 더 열심히 옷만들고 일하는 씩씩한 옷개미로 보답할게요🧡 저의ss25 #specialthanksto는 캐나다까지 와준 저의 마누라 @oui__jxnx 와 인스타 아이디를 만들어줘도 절대 하지 않는 저의 6년짝꿍 영감 @0_gyu_nee___ 🫶🏻 I'm super happy to share that I successfully showcased my womenswear S/S25 collection in Vancouver Fashion Week sponsored by VFC🧡 I still can't believe I did it! OHM released SS25 collection in Vancouver Fashion Week🇨🇦 OHM's SS25: "Oh, Ms. sweaty encumbrance, you made my day!" is the versatile but beautiful way of interpretation about 'multiple layers of backpacks and luggage on the packed train, sweat from unexpected heat waves and rainy seasons, annoyingly wrinkled and stuck clothes soaked by sweat and shower.' OHM makes Feminine Sporty collection by re-interpreting the distorted shape and semi-transparent texture of wet clothes due to sweat and unexpected rain into drape and gathering technique with using performance jersey and sheer stretch. OHM continues it in SS25 collection by re-evaluating randomly overlapped and messy crumpled clothes and backpack in terms of 'New sustainability'. based on the wearers' practical needs, the inspiration from everyday life has been developed: the signature one-piece pattern cutting, technical cutting line and garment construction with transformability (modularity).
