Six months ago, none of this felt possible 🌈💛

I applied for Bristol Pride without really understanding what I was getting myself into.

I couldn’t drive. I’d never done an event anywhere near this size. The thought of a three-hour motorway journey made me feel sick. And putting my art in front of thousands of strangers? Terrifying.

So I did the scary things anyway.

I learned to drive.
I failed my driving test.
I Passed.
Bought my first car.
Drove myself three hours to Bristol.
I pushed through frustration and anxiety.

And somehow… I did it.

This weekend reminded me that confidence doesn’t come first. It comes after you’ve done the thing that scared you.

Thank you to every single person who stopped, chatted, laughed, bought something, or reminded me why I started Oh Nora! in the first place.

Here’s to doing scary things. They might just change your life. 💖

There are two types of people in this world…
Those who see a field full of old tat.
…and those who see absolute treasure 👀✨

Today I headed to Hayes Street Farm Boot Fair (officially the biggest boot fair I’ve ever clapped eyes on) armed with nothing but blind optimism and an empty boot.

I rummaged through mountains of vinyls, dug through boxes that definitely hadn’t seen daylight since 1997, found some absolute gems, and even bought a dinosaur collection from a brilliant young entrepreneur who’s already got his hustle figured out 🦖💚

Mission accomplished, we headed to @seagardennorbury for an enormous juicy prawn lunch ( treasure hunting is hungry work)

So come rummage with me… 🛍️
