Yesterday’s experience was truly something special 🤍
Pilates and prayer — Every woman in that room showed up and gave her all to the Lord, and it was such a beautiful thing to witness.

A special s/o to the ladies who shared so vulnerably, to @juliannapilates for facilitating with so much grace, and to @michele_petlansky for creating such a warm and beautiful space for all of this to take place at @legacyathleticcenter🤗.

Sometimes it’s not even filming the content, it’s editing it! Trust and believe I love what I’ve been doing- highlighting important people in my life, making fun videos, community, and inspiring others to get active and or go for there dream🫶🏾. The support system. The people you surround yourself with. The ones literally cheering you on 🥹. That’s everyone here!

This vision sat on my heart for a while — sometimes what the Lord gives you just takes time to come together. And that’s okay. It ended up landing exactly on my 30th birthday. Jesussss 🤍 I love you! & I love you all🤗!

Nothing but Thank You’s fall from my lips when it comes to my family and friends (missing a few people in video). They have continued to support me through it all, love me through it all, and do crazo things. So thank you🤍. I love you. May God continue bless you all. Even you on my timeline🫶🏾🥹.

Just out here feeling the sun this morning🌅.

Romans 8:28 — “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

The real story about my page - going to fitness events, healthier food options/lifestyle didn’t come from a will to just do it but because I started having terrible eczema flare ups - that the Lord used to get my attention! Something wasn’t right inside of me.

Through that experience it pushed me to change my diet (get your fiber in, ladies 😅), build healthier habits, and be honest about my limitations, & what I was going to do about it.

Truth is — if it wasn’t for the flare-ups, I never would’ve taken my health this seriously. Sometimes what feels like it’s breaking you is actually building you. 🤍 by @ohshiels

Just in case you ever wondered what’s going on in my head during class… here it is lol 😅

On a real note — I keep coming back to @rachael_9618 ‘s Reformer 1 class over and over because it just WORKS. I’ve grown so much stronger, mentally and physically, since I started. My life genuinely changed and I’m so grateful I keep showing up for myself like this. 🫶🏾🥹

Thank you @bibleandpilates for hosting & @kvyevrr for inviting me 🥹🤞🏽. I love getting to enjoy experiences like this with my friends while staying active, building community, and ultimately lifting up Jesus’ name. 🤍
