5. Paine Webber Ollie

This was one of those tricks that you throw as a joke. Once it feels doable you’re like “damnit, well now I have to do it” so I ended up committing to the bit. Always liked it because I purposely went when the ambulance was coming because idk, I just felt the chaos was gonna help me. Guess it did.

4. Tribeca Philly Step Line
‘How to Overcome Pain’ - Neema

Had to come back for this. In Neema’s other video Last Straw (4:49) my board popped into his forehead. Started bleeding everywhere. I like the way I do the tricks in the line (minus the bs smith hand touch). Felt type whimsical. Super hyped on that emoji hat at the time. Probably the best nollie full cab I’ve done. The way Neema edited it w/ the song is awesome.

3. Zuccotti 50 Wallride

Maybe it’s vanity but I like going to classic spots & doing something different. This was another bit I committed to since it was a lot more doable than expected. I just throw sh*t at the wall to see what sticks. Also low risk, high reward, and nbd at Zuccotti? Say less. The photo @sammckenna took through the police booth was amazing. I think it was my first photo in @skatejawn. Shoutout Sam and Skatejawn!

2. Double Rainbow
‘NOT A SKATE VIDEO’ - @ftp

I saw this spot on a date with my girlfriend. It’s the Pakistani embassy. She’s like “there’s no way you’ll be able to skate that, they’ll freak out.” It does sound like an instant bust but like, double rainbow. Don’t find those in the wild too often. Bust or not I was gonna try. Honestly they didn’t care. Had time to run it back to clean it up & everything.

This clip makes me really happy. Probably abd but I don’t care. Always thought to do it. FTP was in the city. Was like what better time than now. Plus one of my best friends holding back that d*ckhead guard & to actually land it w/ all that pressure really made the clip. Maybe I do thrive under chaos.
