Closet Daries 💕 Today was such a good day. I spent some time at Lenox Square Mall picking up a few goodies and slowly getting ready for Valentine’s Day.

I stopped by @aldo_shoes to shop for shoes because the outfit planning has officially started. My dress is currently at the tailor, so shoes were a must.

I also made my first ever purchase at @alo , and I finally understand the hype. Definitely won’t be my last time shopping there.

Of course, I had to stop at the perfume counter at @bloomingdales . I love perfume and always ask for samples so I can see how a fragrance smells on my skin. I checked out @creedfragrance and @bondno9ny and now my fragrance wishlist is growing.

Ladies, lift the weights. 💪🏾

One of the biggest things I’ve learned on my fitness journey is how important strength training really is. I’ve built a good amount of muscle mass over the years, with most of it being in my lower body, and I’m finally learning to appreciate it instead of thinking I need to lose it.

The more consistent I’ve become with strength training, the more I’ve noticed changes in the shape and composition of my body and I LOVE seeing myself get stronger.

And strength becomes even more important as we get older. We naturally lose muscle as we age, so building and maintaining it now is an investment in our future selves.

I’m also learning that you have to fuel the muscle you’re building adequate protein, proper nutrition, hydration, and recovery all matter.

I still have goals to lose weight, lower my body fat, and reduce my visceral fat, but I want to do it while maintaining the muscle and strength I’ve worked hard to build.

So ladies, don’t be afraid to get in that weight room! 🏋🏾‍♀️ The weight room isn’t just for men it’s for us too. Pick up the weights, take up space, get stronger, and build the body YOU want. 💪🏾🤎

Come with me to @prettygirlssweat’s annual event! 💕💦✨

This year was extra special because we came together to celebrate 15 YEARS of Pretty Girls Sweat! 🎉 We had such an amazing time from the moment we walked in. The energy was high, the workouts were WORKING us 😂, and it was so much fun being surrounded by so many women who are passionate about health, fitness, wellness, and becoming the best versions of themselves.

What I love about @prettygirlssweat is that it’s about so much more than just working out. PGS has created a community centered around encouraging women to make fitness and healthy living a part of their lifestyle while also creating a space for us to connect, support one another, and SWEAT together. 💕💪🏽

As someone who truly loves all things wellness, I really appreciate being in spaces like this. There’s something special about being surrounded by women who are prioritizing themselves, their health, and their overall well-being while still having FUN doing it!

A HUGE thank you to my friends for attending the event with me! 🫶🏽 I appreciate you both for always being down to try something with me. Having my girls there made the experience even better!

life lately 💕✨

First of all, Happy birthday, Grace! I enjoyed celebrating you!

Life after my myomectomy has really been about finding my way back to myself.

Going through surgery forced me to slow down in a way I wasn’t used to. I went from preparing for surgery, having the procedure, recovering, and depending on others for help… to slowly getting pieces of my normal life back.

Now I’m back in the gym and somehow becoming a 5AM gym girl 😂 getting back into my corporate routine, focusing more on what I’m putting into my body, and rebuilding my strength.

But I think the biggest change has been mentally. I’m trying to be more intentional about actually living. Getting out of the house. Saying yes to things. Meeting new people. Making new friends as an adult. 😂💕 And allowing myself to enjoy this season instead of always thinking about what I need to accomplish next.

I’m still balancing work, business, motherhood, content creation, fitness and everything else life throws at me — but I feel like I’m entering a different chapter.

A healthier me.
A stronger me.
A more social me.
And most importantly, a me that’s learning to enjoy life a little more. 🌸

30 days. No gluten. No dairy. No sugar. ✨

I started this gut reset because I was tired of being told “everything is fine” when my body was clearly saying otherwise.

What surprised me most? Sugar is in EVERYTHING — and I mean everything. 👀

I cooked every single meal, survived off leftovers, and yes… Siete chips + almond wraps became my best friends.

I worked out 4–5 days a week, burned 400–600 calories a session, and even wore a glucose monitor to see how food was really affecting me.

Labs showed I was deficient in vitamins, so I focused on exactly what my body needed — vitamin D, magnesium, iron, DHEA, a multivitamin, and fish oil for omega-3.

The results? More energy, healthier hair, and a husband who says he can barely keep up with me. 😅

This reset wasn’t about being perfect… it was about being consistent and finally learning what my body actually needs.
