Feeling immense gratitude towards @tmagazine - @aileenkwun for her beautiful words, @ang.koh for the support, @ellara for editing, and @hanyayanagihara for greenlighting the feature before the end of her incredible chapter at T as EIC. As a long time publicist, I understand how competitive it is to be highlighted in T, and for my work to be recognized as pieces to covet as a ceramic artist is a huge honor. I could cry! Over the years while I’ve been quiet on social, I’ve been slowly rebuilding, rebranding, scaling up towards fine art. Researching and digging deep within to find my voice and what I want to share with my art. For me, the woodfiring process becomes a meditation on presence, transformation, and ancestral legacy. New website and branding is live on sydneyoh.com. Thank you @blakewnelson for capturing photos for both the catalog and studio imagery, @jiohny for art direction/prop styling, and @room_file for producing. The feature will be live on @nytimes later this week, but T List newsletter subscribers received today. 🫶 Sydney #woodfired #woodfiredceramics #contemporaryceramics #tmagazine by @ohsyd
Highlights from ‘Flowers on the Table’ – Our @collectiblefair NYC 2025 exhibit with @room_file. I showed two, one of a kind, #woodfiredceramics pieces in amazing company.

10.24.24 🤍 Wedding business can be funny. After going back and forth on traditional vs. international vs. elopement formats, we landed on a microwedding with just our immediate family. It was perfect and a reminder of what actually matters: our union. Bittersweet as it was not to have our extended family and friends, it was also so grounding to be fully present with the parents who raised us and the siblings who grew up alongside us. We’ve been together for 9 years, married just under 9 months. I’m glad to find that marriage is so sweet. 📷: @jessglistening 💇🏻‍♀️: @thewholearthcatalogue 💄: @julietjane Rings: @shw_jewelry Dress: @lein_studio Shoes: @manoloblahnik Florals: @fdk_florals by @ohsyd
Encouraged @punodostres to find more agency in navigating NYC by sharing my co-dependency on @citymapper. Mmhmm. she did great, saw Seaport’s charm and led us to WSA. Learned abt quality canelés - they’re at RAF’s Mmhmm Quick pitstop to drop my pots off at the studio before networking events as I have a woodfiring coming up. And took @sezane’s latest FW26 drop out for a spin now that sweater weather is here. 🪩 I’ve had a leather notebook cover on my wishlist and @madewell x @nypl delivered! And a library card @madewell @nypl 📚 by @ohsyd
Fun museum date with @alyssainthecity and @laurencaruso_ to see #tarynsimon. Such an incredible exhibition. 💗 When the mind spirals🌀 by @ohsyd
Nothing like friends and a workout class to get me in the city both days over the weekend. 1-8 | So fun to try calisthenics + curated vintage sportswear with @rockiequipmentclub - thank you @jessglistening (and @ashfoo) - so proud of you! Jess really makes it look so easy to do it ALL, but I know she’s a hustler. 9 | cute neighborhood scene in Bushwick 10 | Iyengar yoga kicked my ass today since I haven’t taken a class in 5 years. Really been needing to stretch and now leaving the class feeling aligned, long, and less stiff, idk why I stopped. Tried a handstand and settled for a headstand. The things I used to do so easily as a little girl can be so humbling in your 30s 😆 by @ohsyd

My first BTS concert Part 2 - NJ/NY Day 1! So grateful that #BTS surprise songs were Run and Dis-ease. Literally couldn’t have spent my weekend any other way. They were incredible. #btsarmy by @ohsyd
My first BTS concert Part 1, Day 1 of NJ/NY. I’m fully converted, omg. Life is short. I decided to buy a ticket last minute and went by myself to #BTS and had a BLAST. I normally never sit in the nosebleed section for concerts but the perspective from above and seeing the sea of #btsarmy was incredible. I even took binoculars - it was both hilarious and turned out to be the best decision. Lmao. I’m def planning ahead and getting better seats next time! 😂 by @ohsyd
