Throwback to our last little getaway to Joshua Tree! It’s always nice to get out there for a weekend. Not too far but still a nice escape with amazing friends. Definitely need more of this, and am looking forward to Italy in may!

Also was the first time getting out on my KTM 400 dirt bike since buying it a couple years ago, first time out in the new 2002 GMC too. Great times!

2022 was a hard year, mentally and physically. Spending 8 months following a meal plan and living off of Tupperware and bringing my cooler backpack anywhere I went. I dealt with an overgrowth of bad bacteria that left my skin a wreck, my stomach bloated after almost everything I ate, dealt with some hair loss, and no cycle. While there were lots of events I said no to or even left early because of a flare up with my stomach feeling so uncomfortable, I am still so proud of myself for making trips happen and being present with my friends. I went to New York, Miami, and Mexico all while on a strict protocol to fix all of my gut and hormone issues. There were definitely lots of tears and a whole lot of stress but there were also lots and lots of laughter, happiness, a promotion at work, special moments with friends, family, husband, meeting my niece for the first time, I fixed my gut and I’ve had 4 consistent periods now. It was hard but I am grateful that I came out on top. 2022 was a year of healing and 2023 is going to be a year of growth - bring it on!!!
