When is the last time you patiently waited for something? When is the last time you took time for yourself, picked up a PEN and wrote words as they were coming to your head? We are super proud of hosting this incredible initiative to give you the chance to meet new people the old way! Write a letter to your new pen pal, drop it at the cafe, and wait to get a response! Thank to @sarettaandbooks for this fantastic idea! #oioitailor #cafe #edinburgh #abbeyhill #penpal by @oioitailor

When @sarettaandbooks came to us with the idea of a Silent Reading, we were a bit skeptical. However, it’s been a whole year of BYOBook Silent Reading at The Tailor’s, and we are so happy and proud to be able to host such a beautiful event that has become an integral part of the community in Abbeyhill! The best way to celebrate is a double event tonight: Silent Reading followed by a fancy dress party inspired by literary characters! From 6pm #oioitailor #cafe #edinburgh #abbeyhill #byobook by @oioitailor
