You should have your own Business Profile if you're public-facing and clients can reach you at the verified office during your stated hours. Assistants and lead-gen roles don't qualify. House cleaners: still waiting on quote requests from your Google profile? They're not coming. Google's own help page: "No, customers can no longer request quotes." Chat and call history ended July 31, 2024. Calls still come in. You just can't see the call list in your profile anymore. The fix: 1. Add your phone number to your profile (Google's own tip). 2. Turn on text or WhatsApp, if your account is eligible. 3. My take: put a simple quote form on your website.
