What a beautiful way to end our summer activities at @okansfoundation . 💚

We held our annual Walk for Life and this year, we walked for mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Today, I walked on behalf of my friends, my family, and everyone around me, both near and far, who has, in one way or another, experienced a season where their mental health wasn’t in its best place.

I walked for those who are silently fighting battles, for those who may not have the words to express how they feel, and for those who simply need a helping hand to remind them that they don’t have to go through it alone.

Today, I walked because change is possible. Healing is possible. A healthier mind is possible.

And most importantly, I walked for those who are currently going through it, hoping that they find the strength, support and community they need to make it through.

Here’s to choosing hope, choosing community, and choosing life. 💚
