If I could restart university, this is EXACTLY what I’d do differently 🎓 SAVE THIS: STEP 1 — Build your network from Day 1 🤝🏾 Talk to classmates. Join clubs. Go to events. Introduce yourself to professors. Your network can open doors your degree alone won’t. STEP 2 — Get experience BEFORE you need it 💼 Don’t wait until final year. Apply for internships, volunteer, work part-time, build projects. Give yourself something to put beside the degree. STEP 3 — Actually experience university 😭 Go to the function. Take the trip. Make friends. Take pictures. Get the work DONE, but don’t spend four years only going from class → home. STEP 4 — Stay in YOUR lane ⏳ Someone will get the internship first. Someone will graduate first. Someone will look 10 steps ahead. Their timeline has nothing to do with yours. STEP 5 — Build something that’s YOURS 🚀 A business. Content. A portfolio. A skill. A personal brand. Start before you feel ready you’ll thank yourself after graduation.
