At exactly 3:50am on the 22nd of November 2023, NYCS decided to take me far away from home, at that moment I wasn’t sure if i should be happy or sad.
Happy because I get to explore, and sad because I have never gone to another state in Nigeria by road for 6hrs. I was really scared 😂.
When I got to camp I was so happy because I got there safely and I was given the best room with only 5roommates, due to shortage of accommodation.

I was appointed parade commander for my platoon (for competition), and parade commander for guard 2 (for POP in camp)🤭
The role brought numerous challenges, including physical strain and vocal exhaustion, yet I still managed to enjoy the experience. 😅

I got one of the best PPA, one that provided me with the opportunity to learn new skills outside of my academic background and work alongside supportive colleagues who consistently encouraged me to strive for excellence. Omg I am blessed 🤭

On October 31, 2024, my NYSC journey reached its successful conclusion.

No jokes, NYSC was fun for me, i didn’t have to stress for anything, God was there with me all through and it was a great experience.
