Last week, I had the privilege of representing my firm at the ๐”๐Š-๐€๐ซ๐š๐› ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ๐œ๐ž event, hosted in partnership with Al Jaber & Partners, exploring Saudi Arabiaโ€™s evolving landscape across ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฌ, ๐ญ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฆ, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ฅ ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ž. One statistic stood out: ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ’% ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง ๐ข๐ง ๐‚-๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ๐ž ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐ก๐š๐ฏ๐ž ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐š๐ฒ๐ž๐ ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ, highlighting the powerful role sport plays in developing future leaders. More importantly, real progress is being made, with increasing female participation across boards, leadership and the wider workforce.The second session reinforced how Saudi Arabia is continuing to strengthen its business environment. Regulatory reforms, consumer protection, evolving visa schemes, and a growing international business presence are creating greater confidence for investors and organisations looking to establish themselves in the Kingdom.
