Mind Over Matter Out Now🙌🏾

Shot by @ajshotya

Earlier this year, I made the decision to start therapy.

After my first session, I left with a lot on my mind. Instead of keeping it bottled up, I went to the studio and wrote this song. It became a way to process everything I was feeling and remind myself that growth starts with being honest with yourself.

“Mind Over Matter” isn’t just a song it’s a piece of my healing journey. If you’re working through something, I hope this record reminds you that taking care of your mind is a strength, not a weakness.

Thank you to everyone who’s been listening and supporting. ❤️
