October marks our 7th year since opening and therefore our 7th year working with our closest of friends @lacabracoffee and what a privilege to be able spend some time celebrating their recently opened roastery space in Copenhagen. We’ve been fortunate enough to partner with them as they have grown from a small space in Aarhus, baking and roasting in a basement, to now roasting across NYC and CPH. The quality that has been maintained is testament to the care and attention all of the team put into each step of their process. We truly consider La Cabra as our friends and we couldn’t be more thrilled for the success they have achieved. The relationships we hold dear to us built upon @danephillipoliver and the wholesale team, are the reason we continue to be so passionate about each time we get to place an order.

Thank you to our customers for continuing to support us each day, without your loyalty none of this would have been possible.

If you’re looking for some of Nottingham’s best coffee, and also some wine (I mean, who isn’t?) then you need to check out Okende on Broad Street. ☕️🍷

Known for their minimalist design, exceptional flat whites and pastries at their West Bridgford spot, @okendecoffee opened up in the city centre a couple of months ago, bringing a coffee shop by day and wine bar by night. ✨ 🥐

They’re open until late Wednesday-Saturday and you can enjoy a glass of natural wine alongside some nibbles – and excitingly, their pasta nights are returning too over the next couple of months, so keep your eyes peeled. 🍝

Betty Bulles // Gewürztraminer + Savagnin, grapes from both the Alsace and Jura - tastes of stewed pineapple, oak and lime zest. Probably one of the best wines we’ve tried this summer ✨

Lambrusco from @quarticello_vini !!!

Neromaestri // Old school lambrusco, a blend of Lambrusco Maestri and Lambrusco Grasparossa- Super dry, plums and earthy.

ØKENDE Broad Street is open Wednesday - Saturday evenings. A weekly rotation of natural and low intervention wines served by the glass, along with a plentiful selection of wines by the bottle. Out first 6 weeks in Hockley have been incredible. Thank you to everyone who has visited us so far, it’s been lovely meeting so many of you who our so happy we’re here ✨We are open 7 days a week for brews from @lacabracoffee , baked goods from our incredible bakery team and a careful curation of natural and low intervention wines by the glass or bottle, changing every week.

Okende has opened in Nottingham city centre ☕️ @okendecoffee

Serving coffee (with the UK’s first Mavam MM Superauto machine) and natural wines in the evening 🍷

It has a huge indoor space with more outdoor seating to come + they’re currently renovating the downstairs space to have lots of events

Okende, is known for their West Bridgford location, with a minimalist decor style serving artisan coffee and bakes

they’re currently getting ready to open their Nottingham city centre location on Broad Street in July 👀

while they’re doing up the final touches they’re going to be opening on weekends for takeaway coffee and bakes ☕️🍞

We’re thrilled to welcome @markdwilliamson_ coming over from Copenhagen next week to host the very first opening of our new space on Broad Street.
