🌟 What a summer for Albany and I!! 🌟

We were so excited to be back in hunt country and to be reunited with friends and family. While we mostly did hunting activities, we also dabbled in the jumper ring!

I would like to thank @piedmontequine for giving me the opportunity to work with their amazing vets, lvts, and assistants this summer. Everyone was so welcoming, and I learned so much. I cannot wait to be back!

I would also like to thank Betsy Parker for allowing me to work with such a talented horse. You have opened a door to a life that I once could only dream of, and I am so grateful every day to have these experiences!

Now, back to Blacksburg and @eventingatvirginiatech! ❤️🦃🧡 by @okh.eventing

I am so proud of Albany for his performance this weekend in the Open Starter division at CDCTA (our first recognized Horse Trial)!

He went double clear in SJ AND XC, ending on his dressage score and placing 5th in a competitive group! Way to go Al!

I am so proud of Albany for our debut as Hokie Eventers last weekend at the Virginia Horse Center!!

It couldn’t have gone better for our first show together in nearly 5 years, and I can’t wait to see how we improve in the show ring this summer!
