Resident Evil (2026) is CHAOTIC The new Resident Evil movie by Zach Cregger hit different. Not only was it good, they killed it! I don’t think a film has ever quite so successfully adapted a video game and captured its feeling. Now I will admit I’ve really only played the remakes and newer games and haven’t really messed with the older ones, but as someone who loves the newer games, this really hit the mark. The films protagonist is such a great stand-in for the player. Instead of a grizzled soldier/cop who can easily mow his way through some zombies, Bryan is just a normal guy. He’s doesn’t know guns, he’s not trained, he’s terrified, and trying to make sense of the world falling apart around him. His reactions feel genuine, which actually translates to some hilarious moments. You feel his fear along with his triumph. What’s even crazier to me is as insane and CHAOTIC as this roller coaster of a film is, it truly felt like a perfectly executed plan. This felt like Zach Cregger had a plan, gathered the best to help him execute, and they did exactly that! I know there has been some criticism over the ending, and I hear it, but for me the ending felt just a wacky and CHAOTIC as the final boss usually is in the games, which made me love it even more! It may very well be from how fresh it is in my memory, but I’d argue is is one of my top films of the year, and inspired me to create this poster/shirt design concept! CHAOTIC by @oklahomiecreative is going to be a little side project where I highlight things that have inspired me and explore what I appreciate about them. These are ways for me to go nuts creativity while also not too much mental strain. Allowing a more improvisation, CHAOTIC, method of creating where I just go. Something to scratch the itch while I plan the mainline @oklahomiecreative releases. This is the first of hopefully many! Stay tuned, samples coming soon! #residentevil #residentevilmovie #illustration #graphicdesign #zombie by @oklahomiecreative

@oklahomiecreative is back! Stepping into a new chapter and couldn’t be more excited. I am now doing freelance graphic design/illustration full time, along with bringing back Oklahomie Creative in a few ways! • First my freelance services through Oklahomie Creative, feel free to hit me up, let’s get a design rolling! • Second, the brand! I have missed putting shirts out and have a new drop cooking, shoutout to @craftedbycuzzi and @serenityprod for helping me create this next chapter! Excited to show what we have coming! • Third, I will be doing more side projects and random unrelated projects between main Oklahomie releases. No rules, no schedule, just chaos and creative output. CHAOTIC by Oklahomie will be dropping very soon! • Finally, I’m going to be a lot more open about what I am working on and do my best to share my work more often. I plan on doing deep dives into brands and artists that have inspired me over the years, product reviews, and general thoughts on streetwear and other things that inspire me. So, stay tuned! I have been busy, and I’m excited to show what I’ve been working on! #oklahomie #graphicdesign #freelance #illustrator #streetwear by @oklahomiecreative
