This photo is real. The defenders are real. The war is real. And yet another car is gone.

The men in this photo are real defenders of Ukraine. Their vehicle was destroyed, and now they need another one to continue doing their job.

We need to raise $1000 (UPDATED ON OCT 31) more for a replacement vehicle.

While life continues normally for many of us, people in Ukraine are fighting every day simply to SURVIVE. It’s a human safari out there. That’s why I’m reaching out to my international community for help.

$10, $20, $50 or a million. EVERY donation makes a difference. Small contributions from many people can get us to our goal.

🇺🇦 Help us get these defenders another vehicle. by @oklyuchik

🇺🇦 Мені потрібна сила Instagram.

For my English speaking friends:

This is my home: 49 Kyryla Vynichenka Street (formerly Hromova), Entrance 4, Kostiantynivka, Ukraine.

As you can see from the video, the building has suffered severe damage from Russian bombardment of my town - ever single person in my home town (and many many towns just like mine) lost their homes including my parents and all my friends and relatives!

THIS IS WHAT RUSSIAN LIBERATION LOOKS LIKE!

In this post I am talking to my fellow Ukrainians about some bureaucratic crap. My anger is at the aggressor always!! Never at my own people!! Grateful to all of you for love and support!

SUPPORT UKRAINIAN DEFENDERS FOR THEY ARE THE ONLY SHIELD BETWEEN US AND THE AGGRESSOR 🫂💙💛 by @oklyuchik

My home. Seven Winds district. Kostyantynivka. Donbas. Ukraine 🇺🇦 by @oklyuchik

One of few pictures salvaged from my home destroyed by russia. Do you recognize my chubby cheeks?
I can’t begin to tell you what my heart feels, watching my town being destroyed by the ones who say they are “liberating” it. Liberating from what? Life? Family? Friends? Memories? The “liberators” are venomous power hungry snakes, spreading nothing but d€ath and destruction of rich soil land, where people lived, worked and dreamt! I feel shame for the current US government, who blindly follow the smell of money and riches, overlooking war crimes and gen0cide of a peaceful nation of hardworking, kind and welcoming people! With love for all the good people, who support Ukraine, and fight back the injustice bestowed upon us by our very own neighbors by @oklyuchik

Kyiv 2025 by @oklyuchik

The WHY?
Why I took a course in STOP THE BLEED, which helps in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives TRAINING?
- I am Kyiv. Kyiv was bombed by over 500 drones since I ve been here. I heard most of them from where I am at
- Close to a hundred dead, thousands injured. SOME of these people could have probably been saved.
- we live in a strange world, with tyrannical forces deliberately targeting civilians
- this could have been me or my loved ones
- I CHOOSE ACTION over panic and fear
- I REFUSE to let these aggressors (I don’t even wanna name them) win I CHOOSE to fight back or at the very least to save myself
- today I learned invaluable skills on how to save a life in an a bleeding emergency
- I prefer being the solution to a problem rather than a problem or a victim
Ukraine fights for its people and I fight to save every life I can as a VOLUNTEER AND AS A HUMAN BEING

I usually post war
Today I post peace and love in war!
Nothing makes you value life so much as seeing destruction and death!
Value those you love always

I set in partially destroyed gym of my school.
Lingering.
How much longer can I stay in a place that is neither safe nor whole.
Empty chairs, lists of first graders from 2021, basketball hoops, few bars on the walls are the only things that reminded of some past life.
I walked out of the gym into the hallway, wondering if my photo still hung on the wall. Nothing. Only litter and empty walls.
Two strange men climbed through a window of the concert hall where I once performed with my classmates. They slipped through and stepped on the shuttered glass. I saw them through a hole where once were two massive doors. I got scared.
“Let’s go” I said to my friend
“It’s time to let go…”
I walked out of my school, swallowing the overwhelming feeling of … I don’t even know of what. No time for that. I’ll think about the hurt later.
