Skyward sword Link painting from 2018 i did. I do not want to credit my old art account from when i was a teenager, but this was drawn on colorslive.com on the colors3ds app on my 3ds. Ive done a lot of cringy things on there, said terrible things im not proud of, and i was a pretty awful teenager overall. I dont need to go into detail. But... but... i just... for some reason decided to look up my old account. Went through some of my art pieces and just... like.

I feel like i was better at painting back then haha. And if any of you know colors3ds, its not easy to paint on. You get 5 layers and no fancy color modes or clipping masks... its all airbrush, line marker, and a hard eraser. You can control opacity though. So.

Anyway. I just. Really wanted to share this haha. Thanks for any support. I cant believe this was 8 years ago. Im 26 now, and its just... wild to me.

I stopped art a lot after highschool and didnt improve for a few years because, well, "it wasnt a real career" and i needed to focus on "better things" like getting a real job. Oh well.

Heres some old art. I hope you enjoyed the speedpaint.

This was NOT hand drawn from scratch! There is official ss art i was colorpicking from/tracing.

Actual post is gonna be uploaded next so you can see the finished piece!

Guys i realized how to record on sketchbook lol so i might be turning to reels soon.... it makes me kinda anxious lol. I watched my speedpaint and i was like "is this seriously how i color?" Anyway lined with a pen brush insteadmp of a pencil to try it out... #dnd #dndoc #dndart #dungeonsanddragons #artistsoninstagram by @okorinna.oftime
