Chennai, we are right next to you. 📍

Tryst. Anna Nagar. Neelankarai. Express Avenue.

Three addresses, zero talk. Next time hunger hits mid-mall, you know where to look.

(Home food still wins. We said it, we meant it. This is for when home isn’t nearby.)

Hair thinning. Slow-healing cuts. Mood swings. Constant fatigue. Your body has a priority list — and none of these are anywhere near the top of it.

Not a diagnosis, not medical advice — if something feels off, please see a doctor. But worth asking: has your protein been running short long enough for your body to start rationing?”

The protein test that doesn’t need an app. Just your palm. ✋

1 palm ≈ 20–25g protein · 2 palms ≈ 50g · 3 palms ≈ your century.

No app. No food scale. No counting rice grains. If your plate’s falling short today, one OKUU meal replacement covers a palm and a half on its own — 35g, zero cooking, zero counting.”

Our founder @iamsakshiagarwal ran the actual numbers on protein-bar pricing in India — this is what a real, ingredient-by-ingredient comparison looks like.

₹399 for 35g of complete protein vs ₹125 for a basic 20g bar. Not the same math, and not the same bar.

Full breakdown in the video — every ingredient, and why it costs what it costs.
