The recent food safety concerns should be a wake-up call for all of us. 🌿

The produce isn’t the enemy. More often than not, the issue is how our food is grown, handled, processed, transported, and distributed before it ever reaches our kitchens.

This is why I believe in knowing where my food comes from, asking questions, supporting local farmers whenever possible, and growing what I can. Every basil leaf and stalk of lemongrass I harvest is another reminder that reconnecting with our food is an act of wellness.

We deserve transparency. We deserve accountability. We deserve a food system that prioritizes people’s health over convenience.

Keep asking questions. Know your sources. Support your local growers. And if you have the space, even if it’s just a few pots on a patio… grow something!

Wellness begins long before the first sip.

Hey Family, Hello June!! 🌻🌸

May was a month of revamping, refreshing, and taking our time to bloom. We slowed down, poured into the roots, updated what needed care, and allowed spring to remind us that growth does not have to be rushed.
Now June enters with fresh energy after a beautiful Blue Moon, and we are so excited for the harvest season ahead.

This month’s theme is Rise & Return.

We are rising into the fullness of summer while returning to the rituals, herbs, and self-care practices that keep us grounded.

Creating custom blends is one of my favorite parts of the process 🌿✨

This blend, Berry Calm, was crafted for an event hosted by Bel Inizio, an organization dedicated to empowering women through fitness, nutrition, community, and confidence-building support.

Inspired by the theme “Stronger Together,” this calming blend was made with blackberry leaf, holy basil, and lavender to encourage moments of grounding, ease, and connection.

Every herb. Every scoop. Every jar. Intentional.

This International Women’s Day 💐 we’re also reflecting on the beauty of our Give Her Her Flowers Day Retreat Vol. 2 installation — a space created to honor women, wellness, and the many ways we pour back into ourselves and our community.

Each offering represented a different pathway to care, healing, and abundance. Be sure to keep up and follow our amazing community members and see what offering they have upcoming.

Last week at the Give Her Her Flowers retreat… hosted by @rootedritualswell 🌹🌸💐🌺🌷🌻

I had the pleasure of facilitating the Herbal DIY Workshop where we repurposed florals into ritual, turning rose petals into rose water and blending intentional bath salts for everyday self-care. 🌹

And today, under the Full Moon, is the perfect time to actually apply those skills. 🌕

Full Moons invite release, detox, reflection, and reset. A simple spiritual bath with herbs, florals, and intention is a powerful way to clear energy and create space for what’s next.

Nothing complicated. Just using what you already have and making it sacred.
