✨️peace of mind✨️
-something I've been looking for for quite a long time and still haven't found

but I think I'm starting to realize I still have time

some people try to make me believe that I'm all grown up,
that I have to know everything about myself, my future, my plans,
that all my decisions must be ultimate

but the truth is... I know nothing. I've just started the process of getting to know myself and SHE IS WAY MORE COMPLICATED THAN I THOUGHT!!!
So for now I'm just a bunch of thoughts, actions, opinions, hobbies and ideas. Maybe someday they will make a whole person.

open u @christinarisiko 6.12. przyszłam pełna emocji. unikanie tematu, mówienie, że "inni odczuwają to mocniej" nie sprawia, że temat magicznie znika

ten filmik nie jest dla mnie pochwaleniem się tańcem, jest uwiecznieniem tanecznego wyrzucenia tego, co siedziało we mnie od dawna. bo ludzie tak mają, że kiedy wszystkiego jest za dużo, to jakoś musi wyjść

Podsumowanie wyjazdu z rodzinką:
• widziałam spadające gwiazdy leżąc na łódce✨️✨️
• jechałam miejskim rowerkiem bez przerzutek po lasach i piaskach, pod górkę (było ciężko, prawda @buszujacywtrawie ?)
• pływałam na desce SUP (to było moje mini marzenie, wpadłam do wody 10 razy w ciągu godziny)
• w mojej krwi płynęło teraflu
• bawiłam się w małego chirurga👩🏽‍⚕️ (wyciągałam opiłki metalu z rany, nie polecam dna jeziora przy tym ośrodku🤌🏻🤌🏻)
• robiłam codzienie 20tys. kroków i zmuszałam do tego innych😝
• w końcu pozbyłam się worów pod oczami
• spędziłam super czas z rodzinką🩷

🩶2024/2025 season🩶 - a season full of comebacks, hard work, disappointments, successes, making plans and changing them completely, friendships, tears, growth, grief, learning choreographies on my own, pain, breakdowns, feeling proud of myself and others, hearing "pani Olu", warm-ups, GRATITUDE... I could go on and on.

...if so full of everything, why does it still feel not full enough? like it's ended too fast:(

I've always known my dance community is special, but this year I just became like REALLY aware of that. I really do love these people... and this season they've been there with me through everything - the worst and the best.🫂

happy International Dance Day to every dancer who works their *everything* off (and to other people who celebrate🥳)

Wanted to compete 'cause I felt like I needed to prove something to someone, like I must show the world and myself that I'm worthy of all the opportunities I've got, of all the nice words people tell me... and I still don't. But overcame a mental block and that is what matters the most.

Maybe just need to live it and not overthink it🤷🏽‍♀️

Current mood: in love with dance. All this wonderful dancers I've seen this weekend were sooo inspiring and I don't think I've ever been so motivated on top of just being disciplined🥰🥰

hello beautiful people❤️
Some of you might not know, but my whole life is kinda about dance right now. Is it wrong? Idk.
Anyway I am extremely grateful for all the amazing opportunities I've got recently and the people that I get to share these moments with...
so I prepared a little "photo dump":

•(4) my happy moment in July, feeling blessed, filming a music video with these incredible human beings. I hope you know that I adore every single one of you!

•(8) my little reminder that there's nothing wrong with being brave and confident, that being perfect is NOT what I need in life and that spontaneity doesn't have to be a bad thing

currently working on expressing my gratitude. 'cause if we don't tell people how we feel, how will they know that we actually appreciate them?
