Hi, hola, 👋🏽 🌊
.
I love to write. #olasdesuenos
.
When my nervous system comes down and regulates from everything, a well-written review for Harlingen Medical Center, the ICU nurses, and rotating cardiac doctors/surgeon who saved my mom’s life is in order.
.
You know what I love the most about the #Valley…..is that it’s a very small world. With an amazing extended community.
.
I have felt like a whispy ghost at times , but very #spiritual conversations have come through. But this isn’t about me.
.
The amount of people and #energy that pray, as we all should because we all have scar tissue of the heart.
.
Keep creating and expressing in this quick life, don’t take time and space for granted. Pray for people who are suffering. Write the ideas down, call your friends, thank them, hug your loved ones, excessively. Tell people that you love and care about them. Work on forgiveness. Expand the heart.
🦁 💛🪽🪽🪽🪽🪽🪽
.
I don’t have enough words for the amount of grace and gratitude for everyone who has traveled through my phone or my social media pages. My family truly appreciates it. ❤️🫂 T taken in Harlingen Medical Center by @olasdesuenos

My @squarespace website @yogaonlocationorg took a siesta, pero it’s back on now and links should work. 💻
.
The resources/recursos link is potent for therapies and immigration support. Once I have a sound healing schedule, I’ll post here and there. If there is a need or you know someone please pass all this along.
.
Adding to the #olasdesuenos 🖊️ 🎨 section tonight.

“Starmaps” 💫🗺️
.
Structured collage, I am not an enthusiastic painter, but like working with the materials and tried a bigger piece than illustrating. ❤️ ⚡️ ⚡️
.
2024/2025 notes
energy directed back towards myself, a revival of energy, a heartbeat, electricity. 💫⚡️ 🌊
.
there is a period of time in between relationships where I believe you are trying to remember what it’s like when you are solidly your true self in your connected body/mind with out another. The love you want to pour into others make sure you are pouring that same devotion towards your “self”.
.
This is for sale. $125 DM for details or delivery. 📦

My mom took pictures of us at work one Halloween 🧡🤎@surgemobilephysicaltherapy , so I’m gonna go ahead and reflect and look at all my photos from this time and get emo before we go back for therapy, Monday, lol. God bringing us back to the PI office and working with Dr. Mata is so full circle 🙏🏽. I had so many moments starting this job in 2023 where it was really tough for me and I would cry in the parking lot. Lol. For real. The friends I made there and the amount of respect I have for the PT doctors and PTAs makes me so proud to be connected to them. I learned so much and they sparked my passion again for anatomy and functional movement. They had always encouraged me to continue my education because they thought I was good at what I did. And one day hopefully I will.
.
So proud of Arely and Clarissa for going for their Doctorate in PT. Big Thank You to Sergio and Rocio Martinez for hiring me when they did, and we are back on the PI schedule now and I am excited to learn about rehab for cardiovascular 🫀 health with my mom. Let’s goooo!
