What a blast and a JOY to be the Artist in Residence at the stunning @hotelstvincent in New Orleans last week. A place where design & history sing a beautiful song.

Huge thanks to Kayla and The Chapel Club for hosting a lovely reception of my works in progress, to the cool new friends and wonderful old friends who came out to celebrate and to the awesome staff at the hotel for the warm welcome and nice moments during my stay.

It was an honor to take in all the special details and do my best to capture them in this collection of paintings.

Special thanks to @prayformarie for setting up, curating, collaborating and facilitating this magical experience 🧡

❤️🌹❤️‍🔥The Fire of Love burns bright!❤️‍🔥🌹❤️

We were married last month in the soulful city of Austin, TX witnessed by our wonderful family & fabulous friends. We laughed, cried, sang and danced at a magical, dreamy, Lynchian red rose bonanza wedding celebration at @sagebrushtexas. Our lovely evening included the most special speeches, a cowboy Gus wedding cake, beautiful flowers in colorful cans, a queso fountain and a performance by @sentimentalfamilyband into a @hippiescumtx DJ dance party. Love was in the air and we had a blast. ❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️

Good evening! ✨✨

It's Tarantino meets Marty & Elayne
A smokey noir dark bar with a twist of mysterious intrigue
It’s dark n’ dreamy, it’s sneaky and stripped down
From our very own Label of Love, we offer you Mikki & Elvis: Vol. 1

Born out of the pandemic living room scene, this 6 track EP is a moody instrumental smattering of spy-like gems. A collection of recordings featuring upright bass and electric guitar. Take a moonlight ride with us down these surreal streets

We hope you love it. 🖤

✨Out now on all streaming platforms✨

A joy and a pleasure to attend the Willow House Artist Residency over the last couple weeks. I left Terlingua with a big smile, refreshed spirit, new friends, and a truckload of art.

Much gratitude to @willowhouse_ for having me back, and to all of the awesome artists who made this such a meaningful & inspiring experience. 🧡

Keep creating! It’s good for the soul✨✨ taken in Willow House - Terlingua, TX by @old_mik

Such an honor to have several of my paintings along with one bespoke piece published in the Journal of the @hydrabookclub exploring the theme of BETTER.

Elvis & I traveled to the creative, soulful, and FUN island of Hydra last year, where we found much peace, inspiration, and some wonderful new pals.

Tremendous thanks to @joshuaphickey & @fpn777 for inviting me to contribute. So damn cool to be included in such a special publication from such a special place.
