Dear Son,
You make me proud EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! You possess talents that I only dreamed of and a hanger for knowledge and truth that belies your age. You are unique and wonderfully made and I get to call you SON!!! First you made me Father then you filled me with immense pride. I hope you enjoyed your Birthday today but more importantly, I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR GREATNESS!!!!

I LOVE YOU.

WHAT A WONDERFUL NIGHT IT WAS….
Last night, the AWESOME women of the Ivy Community Foundation held their Emerald Extravaganza to recognize their AMAZING scholarship recipients. Among them were two OUTSTANDING young scholars who were the recipients of the Inaugural Janis Drake Scholarship, named in honor of Janis W. Drake. My wife, Sheryl Drake Freeman, the daughter of Janis, myself and our kids, Cameron and Kennedy, had the pleasure of sponsoring a portion of these awards. by @old_skool06
