Wicked day today, ramping up the strength training to rehab my knee, hopefully this means it doesn’t balloon up for 5 days after I skate for a couple of hours 🤞🏻

Then @thelinccon for a few hours with a new addition to Comic-Con Crew

Then the baby felt I needed prettying up playing on the street earlier and a dandelion was just the flower for the job.

Finally half my 80’s fancy dress turned up so obvs had to give that a try on….. think I carry the 80’s metal head look alright 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻 by @oldblokeblading

Little freshen up…. Introducing the @lavaskates Mike French Bruise… pretty apt considering how frequently this sport has me black and blue

Great night at @xsiteskatepark with the crew, nice to get some flow on the mini and buzzing to get the big soul on the quarter to bank transfer back. Knees still feeling good I think, still not 100% but getting there

If you’re asking does @cardinalrule_mcr chicken and biscuit travel well, it made it back to Lincoln and the wife was introduced to the wondrous delicacy

Felt so good to be back at @ghettoparkgrimsby last night for a gentle roll around, feels so good now both knees actually work properly. Still a bit to go but managed an hour last night, just awesome to be back rolling with the crew again

7 weeks post surgery, physio beyond happy. Nearly there but for the next couple of weeks focusing on rebuilding that leg strength and then I’m back baby

8 years ago I married my partner in crime, since then one house move and two kids later I wouldn’t be on this adventure with anyone else and I’d still choose @gemscat81 every time. There isn’t a part of my life that hasn’t got better since we got together. by @oldblokeblading

This is not the route for a big wheel skate, surface was horrible, somehow I seemed to constantly be skating a slight incline but that aside happy with 8.5 miles and felt damn good to be on the wheels again in the sunshine.
