From earrings to chain extender. I decided to DIY repurpose these OMC drop earrings that I just wasn’t wearing enough along with an old French antique chain that was sitting in my collection. Part of what drew me to vintage and antique jewelry was the desire to give old pieces a new life, so I’m super excited with how this little project turned out. And the best part is I still have a pair of earrings that I can wear daily. 🖤 by @oldcutsandgold

Today’s ring stack. This old cut navette is so romantic. The way the facets of the diamonds catch the light is pure poetry. I paired it with some chunky and buttery 22ct gold bands, and the contrast between the boldness of the bands and glowing navette is everything. by @oldcutsandgold

An @a.tabz themed Friday.

I had a stunning loose antique diamond that was found at an estate sale that I knew I had to send to Allan. I’ve been following his account for a while, and have always loved his intricate engraving and settings. By now you’ve probably caught on to my love for connectors, so of course I sent in my request to set the stone into a piece that I could use to lengthen my short chains.

Thank you Allan for always doing such clean work. I have a feeling this is going to become a daily driver for me. by @oldcutsandgold

I believe this is what is called a one and done. This antique elongated OMC has my whole heart.

Look closely and you see the artistry: the slightly off-center culet, the chunky facets, and a fire that tells a story. This elongated shape is incredibly rare for true antique OMCs, making it an absolute treasure for a connector.

I am so grateful to my friend @aurifexation for creating magic with this stone for me. We bonded over our obsession with these soulful diamonds, celebrating their quirks rather than hiding them. She absolutely knocked it out of the park with this piece. 💛
