A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING, ALL UNDER ONE ROOF! 🎄Join us on 29th November from 12 to 6pm for a festive market filled with craft stalls, vinyl treasures and plenty of Christmas cheer! Have a browse upstairs and down in the basement, dig through some records, grab a slice of freshly made pizza and warm up with a mulled wine (or two). If you’re hunting for Christmas gifts or just fancy a festive afternoon, come on down and get into the spirit! by @oldstrecords

What a night! A little Halloweekend photo dump from yours truly, Old Street Records. Thank you to everyone who came down and partied with us, and a big shout out to @djpdjp_ , @djsantero and @djhayleykennedy for keeping the dance floor going until 3am! Same again next year? 👀 by @oldstrecords

We love a Thursday in Shoreditch, and here’s where you should be!

Every Thursday, #NFSW is bringing you 2 for 1 cocktails to quench your thirst, with @hiphophouseband taking over from 10pm to bring you all the golden era hip hop classics from the 90s and 00s.

So pass on the word to your pals and make a night of it! Book your spot through the link in bio. by @oldstrecords

Love at first sip? Meet Vampire’s Kiss, our wickedly good Halloween cocktail. A dangerously refreshing mix of El Jimador Blanco, pink grapefruit and fresh lime, topped with soda and a bloody splash of grenadine. 🍸💋 Sink your fangs into one before it disappears! Only available for Halloween week. by @oldstrecords

We had such a good time last time, there was no way we weren’t bringing her back! ❤️

Sound System Social returns on October 17th, and we’re buzzing to have @gempreciousdj back on selector duties for another session. She’s taking us from London to Lagos, Rio and beyond, with a heavy mix of Baile Funk, Amapiano and Jungle, alongside plenty of R&B, UK Funky, Afro and Dancehall.

Sound system culture is about so much more than the music. It’s the selector, the speakers and everyone coming together on the dance floor for a shared love of good tunes and heavy bass.

Can’t wait to do it all again in Shoreditch. Grab your table through the link in bio and come join us! x by @oldstrecords

You know what’s scarier than Halloween? Someone saying “vinyls” instead of “vinyl”. 💀 If you’re a physical media nerd, this one might grind your gears! Watch as Owain, founder of @cigarette_records, breaks down his biggest record store pet peeve. Now it’s your turn! What’s your biggest record store ick? Let us know in the comments! by @oldstrecords

mp4 & friends x @submituk is back 7th november at the iconic @oldstrecords basement! joined by two selectors @uknowthetrill & @littlelucedj to take you on a journey through different UK genres…

As the shadows fall, the underground awakens. 🦇We’re one week away from stepping into the great beyond, where the dead come alive and DJ Mani drops hip hop beats and basslines for a thriller of a night.

Straight to the underground, the HEDonism continues with @ruuma.dj , bringing the best in electronic and dance music through the Funktion-One sound system!

Consider this your warning! Book your table for our pre-Halloween celebrations on October 30th, from 10pm till late. Link in bio! by @oldstrecords

Would you risk a trick for a treat? 👀🎃 We’ve been causing a little Halloween mischief across our venues, challenging the public to dip into our mystery bucket. Will they walk away with a sweet treat or get caught out by a cheeky trick? Watch to find out! by @oldstrecords

Before goth had a name, there was Bauhaus. 🦇🖤

It all goes back to the British post-punk scene of the late 70s and early 80s, when bands like Bauhaus, The Cure and Siouxsie and the Banshees were experimenting with haunting vocals, brooding basslines and darker sounds that gave a generation of lost souls something to call their own. Swipe left to discover how it all began!

Feeling inspired to embrace your darker side? 🖤 On October 30th, Emoween took over @northcoterecords, with @notafazeband bringing your favourite pop punk and nu metal anthems to life. Grab your table following the link in bio! by @oldstrecords
