ladies and gentlemen… her
🤍🥹🖤

this stunning mamo howell 💎 was rescued from tennessee and is one of my most treasured mu’u in my collection. i love everything about her especially the subtle yellow trim (on black and white), her crown design print and gigot sleeves (also known as leg-o-mutton sleeves). a beautiful victorian era inspired mu’u. what do you love most about her?

she’s a keeper for now however i will have a selection of beautiful mamo howell gems available at this weekend’s pop up hosted by @manaorealty (mahalo auntie!) alongside @hawaiiescapades @thekaimukileistand and @thebaldthrifter. please send me a DM if you would like to attend as it is a rsvp invite only. mahalo nui!

around here... it’s a frequency 💯🎧🎶 if you need one good laugh, listen to rap... reiplinger that is! lol

glad that my boys like listening to cassette tapes and vinyl records. they even have a collection of VHS tapes 😂 my 11 year old finally thrifted a walkman the other day (the one you see here) he’s stoked he no longer has to borrow his big bros one! #oldtimesomethinHI #vintagehawaii #rapreiplinger #auntymarialani #analogoveralgorithm by @oldtimesomethin

huuui! i’ve been MIA lately (missing in action // mom in action lol) 🤎 my little one is 9 months now and keeping me on my toes! 👣 like the saying goes, “the days are long, but the years are short” so just soaking up these sweet moments and being present for it all ✨ bebe girl in her nā lei baby manu ~ gently loved and passed on from one of her aunties 😍 #oldtimesomethinHI #nalei #manuhealii by @oldtimesomethin

huuui friends! been small kine quiet ova here ~ just minding my own, tending to my kiddos and washing alllll da laundry 😂 wanted to share a recent thrift find ~ this vintage mamo howell x liberty house aloha shirt 🤩 lots of clothes end up at the thrifts because they’re old, stained, or overlooked. and most of them stay there for the same reasons (or get shipped away to a landfill 🥴) when i come across a treasure like this, i see potential. i see timeless gems ready to shine again! worked my 🪄 and poof... stains be gone ✨ old time somethin’ come back again! #oldtimesomethinHI #novintageleftbehind #mamohowell #madeinhawaii #sustainablefashion by @oldtimesomethin

aloha community! happy muʻumuʻu month! 🌺 life has been lifeing and january looks a little different for me this year as i’m a mama to a little one again 🥰 postpartum life and exclusively breastfeeding (on demand 😅) means i won’t be in a muʻumuʻu everyday, but iʻll wear and share when i can 💃🏽 as always, so excited to see how the community brings these timeless pieces to life, and to see, hear, and learn about the many stories, eras, and vintage muʻumuʻu you’ll be sharing throughout the month ❤️ happy 2026! lots of love and blessings to you and yours! #oldtimesomethinHI #muumuumonth #muumuumonth2026 #vintage #manuhealii by @oldtimesomethin

curating my bebe girls closet one true vintage keiki dress at a time 👶🏽🩷👧🏽 these are all made in hawaii during the 50’s-70ʻs and iykyk harder to acquire now days… she’ll most likely be the only one at the party rockin these beauties 🤩🌈✨ it’s the nostalgia for meeeee! #oldtimesomethinHI #vintage #vintagekeiki #muumuu #lolealoha by @oldtimesomethin

bebe’s first bete mu’u 😍 with the matching pantaloons 🥹 its rare to find a vintage pantaloon set in wahine size (iykyk!) so to score a bebe set is just 🤯 and the mini size kili is the most perfect ‘eke for a lil mu’u lady in the making!

aloha everyone ~ hope all is well! i pressed pause on curating vintage to create a one of a kind gem of my own 💎

a month ago, on the māhealani moon, my sweet darlin’ daughter made her way earth side in the peace and comfort of our home and we’ve been in baby bliss ever since 👶🏽✨ after 3 boys, iʻm in my girl mama era and i’m here for it! and in old time somethin’ style and fashion, mama had to bust out the tiniest vintage 90’s newborn romper that i thrifted for her first official lole o ka lā (worn when she was just 3 days new!) ~ isn’t it just the cutest!?! 😍

if you have reached out and i haven’t responded, mahalo for your patience as i settle into this new chapter of life. slowly catching up and will be back in touch soon as well as share more vintage gems. your understanding and support means so much 💛 #oldtimesomethinHI #vintage #thriftedinhawaii #lolealoha #vintagehawaii #vintagekeiki #madeinhawaii #homesweethomebirth #mamasgirl #virgobaby by @oldtimesomethin
