A little less than a year ago, @doombiamusica had a nice @willametteweek write up in their Best of Portland issue, and now we are a quartet well on our way to putting out our second full length album! Recorded right at @thehallowedhallspdx here in Portland!!!

Still glowing after opening up for @sonrompepera the other night! They’re a huge influence on DOOMBIA, so it was an honor! And of course, they were AMAZING!!! 🤩 90 minutes straight with the crowd going wild the whole time—on a WEDNESDAY!!! They proved that Cumbia is the new punk!

I traded them a copy of our new album, El Diablo Que Conoces, for a copy of their great new record (get one!) Speaking of our new album:

We can’t wait to bring that same energy to our album release show one week from tonight! Friday, 11/6!

Fri, Nov 6, 7 PM
The Off-Beat
All ages
$10/$12
DJ Lissex/De la Flor/The Melts
Doombia

Vinyl, CDs, and new, hand-printed T shirts of El Diablo Que Conoces will be on-hand!

Link to pre-order the album in bio.

"Te extraño" is our new gothy cumbia love song, in the vein of Caifanes or Soda Stereo.

Final single from our second album, El Diablo Que Conoces, out November 6!

Download the song on BandCamp and pre-order the album, link in bio!

“Te Extraño” is the final single off of the upcoming sophomore Doombia album El Diablo que Conoces, out 11/6/26!!!

This the our least-doomy, most gothy of our songs, kind of an ode to Caifanes, Los Rodriguez, etc.

Album release show is Nov 6 at @theoffbeatpdx with @delaflorband @melts_band and @_lissex_ and it’s all ages!

And before that, we open for our Cumbia/punk idols @sonrompepera on Oct 28 at @getdownpdx with @deadsteady_ Don’t miss this one! Also our first show of 2026!

See y’all in the dance floor/pit

Had a great time discussing the new Doombia album, El Diablo Que Conoces, and playing some tracks off of the vinyl over the sound system at @musicmillennium with @jumboisdr.ama after a dope live set by @versiejean_ and Jumbo’s eclectic DJ stylings. The album officially comes out November 6th on VINYL, as well as CD and digital (cassettes made to order)!!! Release show at the @theoffbeatpdx , more info to come…

Thanks to the homie @aggr0lite for the Comic-Con hookup, I got to see @pattonoswalt live. Really smart dude, he answered everyone’s questions thoughtfully and respectfully and you could tell he really loves what he does.
