Our calamari is served with a creamy dip on the side. Simple, satisfying and always one of the first plates to disappear from the table! #OleaSocial #CoventGarden #MediterraneanFood #SharingPlates #LondonRestaurants by @oleasocial

One of Olea’s signatures: grilled monkfish shish. Garlic & yoghurt-marinated monkfish with preserved lemon, grilled courgette, romesco and saffron rice! #OleaSocial #CoventGarden #Monkfish #MediterraneanFood #LondonFoodies by @oleasocial
The making of our picture-perfect burrata. It’s the kind of plate that looks almost too good to touch. #OleaSocial #CoventGarden #Burrata #TomatoAndBurrata #MediterraneanFood CoventGardenDining by @oleasocial
Team Prawns or Team Calamari? 👀 Two favourites, one very difficult choice. #OleaSocial #CoventGarden #SeafoodLondon #MediterraneanFood #SharingPlates by @oleasocial

Save room for dessert! Our apple tart: warm, caramelised and finished with a scoop of ice cream. The kind of ending every meal deserves. #OleaSocial #CoventGarden #LondonDesserts #CoventGardenDining #LondonEats by @oleasocial

@oleasocial - Covent Garden #londonrestaurants #londonfood #mumlifeuk #babyfriendlyrestaurant The food was VERY good! Between us we had the lamb shish, lamb shank, prawn & crab pasta and the monk fish. Everyone loved their food! We also had starters bread & herb butter(wowww dreaming of this), hummus, calamari and prawns😍 Dessert : chocolate fondue, baklava & apple crumble I honestly couldn’t fault the food or the service! High chair ✅ Clean baby changing facilities with a toilet ✅ Friendly staff ✅ Ramp to get into restaurant ✅ It was kid friendly but also the interior was pretty, definitely somewhere cute to go for food and/drinks with the girls or for a romantic evening! by @oleasocial
A proper Mediterranean family feast 🤍 We had the loveliest evening at Olea Social with the girls, enjoying so many traditional Mediterranean flavours in such a beautiful, lively setting. From aubergine shakshuka, char-grilled halloumi and grilled beef sausage to Anatolian pide, lamb chops and mixed grill… we definitely came hungry! 😍 And of course, dessert had to happen — pistachio baklava, rice pudding and Turkish coffee to finish ☕️ Such a lovely spot for a family meal, a catch-up with friends or celebrating something special. The girls loved it just as much as we did 🤍 *invite @oleasocial #OleaSocial #MediterraneanFood #FamilyTime #LondonFood #LondonRestaurants FamilyDaysOut FoodieLondon LondonEats by @oleasocial
