Showing the reflow soldering process of my experimental motor controller. The controller is built on a compact 4-layer, 24 x 24 mm PCB, featuring the smallest components I could find, including a 16-bit absolute angle sensor, dual-channel MOSFETs, and tiny flat connectors.

Last week, I introduced @onmikro at Robotics Startup Night in Montreal and showcased our precision industrial robot in a live demo.

I shared our vision for bringing industrial automation to the microscale, explained why miniaturization is creating demand for a new class of subminiature industrial robots, and showed how @onmikro is addressing this demand in applications such as microelectronics, photonics, medical devices, diagnostics, lab automation, and more.
