Building skills beyond the classroom!

Our first-year Master of Science in Athletic Training (MSAT) students are gaining valuable hands-on experience through off campus clinical placements this fall. From working in diverse clinical settings to applying their classroom knowledge in real-world environments, these experiences are helping prepare the next generation of athletic training professionals.

We’re proud to see our students learning, growing, and putting their knowledge into practice! 🔴🔵

🎓 MSAT Guest Speaker Spotlight!

Dr. Mary Catherine Lee recently joined our first- and second-year MSAT students in ATHT 6020: Foundations of Athletic Training and ATHT 6130: Clinical Experience in Athletic Training IV to discuss leadership and advocacy within the athletic training profession.

Dr. Lee shared valuable insight on developing strong leadership skills, advocating for the profession and using our roles as athletic trainers to positively impact our patients and the future of athletic training. We are grateful for the opportunity to learn from her experiences and perspective! 💙❤️
