Hi there! I think it’s time for a little re-introduction.

I’m Tiffany, the owner of Ole’ Swayback Mobile Event Co. A few years ago, I took a leap of faith and turned a dream into reality. Now, three years in, I’m a few years older, a few years deeper into motherhood, marriage, and business—and I’m more passionate than ever about what we do.

For me, bartending is about so much more than just serving drinks. From the very first conversation, I take the time to understand your event—your style, your vision, the little details that make it yours. Okay, but hear me out…

I’m tossing around a fun little idea for the holiday season and wanted to see what y’all think!

#oleswayback gift boxes!

A little cozy, a little western, and of course, a little cocktail-inspired.

Nothing is set in stone just yet, but we’re curious… would this be something y’all would be interested in?

We’re thinking holiday gifting, housewarming gifts, realtor closing gifts, or even a little something special to bring your holiday host!

Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Debler!

After more than a decade together, it’s safe to say their guests have been waiting on this celebration just as long as they have and they SHOWED UP ready!

WE’RE HIRING! 🍸

Ole’ Swayback is looking to add TWO bartenders to our team!

This is a part-time, as-needed position working weddings and special events throughout South Texas. Most of our events are on weekends, so weekend availability is a MUST.

What we’re looking for:

• 21+
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Located in Kingsville or the surrounding area
• Available to work weekends
• Able to lift heavier equipment and supplies
• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
• Dependable, hardworking, friendly and willing to jump in where needed

Bartending experience is NOT required! We’re happy to train the right person. If hired, you will need to have a current TABC certification before working an event.

Because Kingsville is our home base, we do need someone local who can help with more than just event service. This can include loading and unloading, grabbing equipment, prepping for events, cleanup and other behind-the-scenes work.

This Friday, Ole’ Swayback will be serving at Flavors of South Texas, benefiting the Dream Come True Foundation South Texas, and we want to know which flavor YOU would pick!

All cocktails will be made with Dripping Springs Vodka, who generously donated the spirits for the evening. 🤍

Just dreamy. 🍋💙✨

The Perez wedding was one of those days where every little detail came together so beautifully. The soft blues, lemons, florals, personalized touches, the cocktails… absolute perfection.

And a special shoutout to Adrianna’s stepmom, Michelle, who poured so much into planning this day and absolutely killed it. Their guests came ready to celebrate, and we had the BEST time right along with them.

We have another September baby! Happy birthday to, @elizabeth.g.dek !

If you ask Elizabeth to help with something, you can pretty much guarantee she’ll make it happen. From rodeo queen, to bartender, to putting together the ultimate charcuterie setup, she’s got it handled. She’s rescued me more than once, and I’m so grateful for her!

She’s in her final semester of school before chasing her dream of a career in equine veterinary medicine, all while juggling school, a vet clinic, a hunting & fishing lodge, AND bartending with us. This girl seriously never stops!

Happy birthday to our girl, @carly_bair ! 🥳🍸

Hands down one of the quickest, most skilled bartenders around and an absolute beast under pressure. She’s hardworking, dependable, a little bit of a party girl, and has the biggest heart.

I can’t wait to see where life takes you and everything you accomplish between nursing school, traveling with Cobey, and chasing some pretty big dreams!

Dove season is here! 🕊️🌾

Throwing it back to the Capri Dove Hunt and one of those evenings that reminded us why we love getting to be a small part of gatherings like this.

Friends and family coming together, trucks parked along the field, stories being told, drinks in hand, and that familiar feeling of home that comes with a South Texas dove hunt.

There’s something special about traditions that bring everyone back together year after year. 🤎

Happy Opening Day, y’all. Here’s to good hunts, good friends, and another dove season in South Texas.

Both kids are officially back in school as of TODAY which means I get to WORK WORK!!!

Now if I can just sit at this computer and actually focus…

Y’all are already filling up my calendar for fall + winter and I LOVE to see it! If you’re planning an event anytime from September on and still need vendors, now is the time to get on those calendars ASAP.

We want to serve every single one of you that we possibly can, but we can’t serve you if you wait too long and we’re already booked!

What a night. 🤠🌼🎤

We had so much fun teaming up with Rach & Ry for an Ella Langley-inspired cocktail workshop! Rachel & Rylie hosted an incredible evening, and we loved getting to teach everyone how to make three signature cocktails:

🥃 Choosin’ Texas – a peach brown sugar whiskey smash
🫐 Paint the Town Blue – a blueberry thyme cocktail
🌶️ Dandelion – a spicy pineapple margarita

Throw in some karaoke, a room full of great people, and the cutest custom hot-foiled boot wallets from Rach & Ry, and it made for the perfect night.

Thank you to everyone who came out and to Rachel & Rylie for having us. We love collaborating with other local businesses and getting to create nights like these together.
