SP!!23BST!!! MR. PRICELESS!! LEGENDS ONLY!!

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

New World Philly would like to welcome another great mind and key development guy for the 15U coaching staff @mindlessfitness_ At New World Philly 15U, we don’t just focus on winning — we focus on development.

Skill is built in the dark. It’s built through repetition, discipline, attention to detail, and the willingness to improve every single day. Development means embracing mistakes, pushing past comfort zones, and committing to growth when no one is watching.

We train to sharpen fundamentals — ball handling, footwork, shooting mechanics, defense, decision-making — because strong fundamentals create confident players. Confidence creates leaders.

Development is not overnight. It’s daily habits. It’s effort. It’s accountability. It’s understanding that every drill, every rep, every workout matters.

Our goal is to build complete athletes:
• Skilled
• Smart
• Tough
• Disciplined
• Coachable

If we commit to development, success will follow.

Let’s work. Let’s grow. Let’s elevate. by @olf_stopitbrickwell
