˖ ݁♬⋆🕴🏻A double movie outing with my mom, an MJ fan, to see the film "Michael".

Perhaps I should start by saying that neither of us was a big Michael Jackson fan, I mean, we knew fairly little about him, we just liked some of his songs and that was enough. Until this movie... ᯓ‎♪

The poster says "feel his music only in theaters" and that's no mistake. We really went as if to his concert. The sound was wonderful, with bass that vibrated through the floor, you feel it with your whole body and you just want to dance! You know, this is 100% something you need to see in a theater because of that sound, the big screen, and the aesthetics!

This film became a push for us to study Michael. Oh, especially for my mom, I particularly want to highlight her! She sends her admiration to the film crew and @jaafarjackson , says it's incredible professional work and thanks everyone involved! I give you my word, she cried in the theater during the second viewing (when she was already aware of the details), "Michael" really affected her, so truly, thank you!

I'd like to add on my own behalf about my favorite Miles Teller, whom I know from the amazing films "Whiplash," "Divergent," "The Offer," "Top Gun: Maverick," and others. One of my favorite actors, actually. It was a bit unexpected to see him in the movie. Yes, I'm one of those people who haven't followed the making of "Michael" at all over these 2 years... 🙈

Summing up, I want to say thank you to everyone, it's incredible work by the actors, makeup artists, family, friends, and, of course, director @antoinefuqua. THANK YOU SO MUCH, GUYS! The cast is simply stunning, little @julianokrue charmed me, and @kingofbingo played so believably that he made me incredibly angry (however, we shouldn't forget that it's just a movie role, the actor himself is superb). ❤️‍🔥

It's just a pity that our theater was dull both times, I mean, nobody even danced...

I recently met a very nice girl from Japan – @aki_wander_licious ❤

She so kindly agreed to help me with a letter for Johnny Depp! As I said last year, it means a lot to me because I don't have the opportunity to go there or meet him... That's why I thank her so much from the bottom of my heart!! ✨💗 That's one of the things I would say to Johnny.

I also want to show respect here and thank my friends who wrote a note for me in New York last year, I will never forget it! 🫶🏻 And I'm still grateful to them: @majololl and @mayralopz87

🧛🏻 The meeting of Johnny Depp and Jonathan Frid.

John Herbert Frid (known as Jonathan Frid) was a Canadian stage and film actor who achieved worldwide fame for his role as the vampire Barnabas Collins in the cult gothic soap opera "Dark Shadows", which aired on ABC from 1966 to 1971.

The actors met in 2011 during the filming of Burton's movie. Jonathan Frid, along with other stars of the original show, came to film a small cameo (in the ball scene they played party guests).

This meeting became a symbolic passing of the "torch of Barnabas". The 2012 film became Frid's last screen work. He passed away in April 2012 at the age of 87 — just a few weeks before the official premiere of the movie. Upon learning of this, Depp dedicated a touching letter to him, calling Frid a "true original" whose spirit and elegance would remain with him forever.

Depp recounted that he used to rush home from school to watch "Dark Shadows", the gothic soap opera that broadcast on ABC from 1966 to 1971 and inspired director Tim Burton to create the film.

His elegance and grace was an inspiration then and will continue to remain one forever more," Depp told the LA Times. "When I had the honor to finally meet him, as he so generously passed the torch of Barnabas to me, he was as elegant and magical as I had always imagined. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. The world has lost a true original."

Depp met Frid on the film's set, where Barnabas Collins and four of his "Dark Shadows" co-stars filmed cameos. Kathryn Leigh Scott, one of the original "Dark Shadows" actresses, wrote about it that day on her official website, thanking Depp for allowing the actors to reunite.

"I won't ever forget the moment when the two Barnabas Collinses met, one in his late 80s a by @olgadepp_depphead

🎃 It seems Johnny Depp and Halloween found each other long before we noticed.

You know these films by heart. All the more interesting, on the night when the world allows itself to be strange, to say aloud what usually remains between the lines. Johnny Depp never played monsters. He played those whom others did not want to hear, and he did it with a respect that is more valuable than sympathy.

Tim Burton drew the image of Edward Scissorhands as a self-portrait. A thin silhouette with scissors instead of fingers. A cry of "I'm not like that, and I don't know what to do about it." Johnny Depp plays an artist who has no protection from the ordinary. His difference is visible. Every attempt at closeness becomes a cut. And yet he reaches out to people again and again. That, and not the scissors, is true courage.

Revenge has eaten away everything in Sweeney Todd except function. Johnny Depp shows not an avenger, but a man fused with the role so completely that his former self died long ago. But his fury is directed not only at the guilty. It is against the very structure of the world that dictates the norm and trivializes the pain of others. The most frightening thing here is not the razor. The most frightening thing is that he put the mask on himself.

And Ichabod Crane in Depp's performance is neither funny nor pitiful. He is a man whose faith in a measurable world has collided with what cannot be measured. His body betrays him before his mind does: pallor, fainting, panic... Johnny plays not cowardice. He plays a crack in the coordinate system that no longer works. And that is far more honest than pretending to be fearless.

Dean Corso begins with the smile of a cynic and ends at a threshold beyond which there are not answers but silence. An appraiser of authenticity who himself became a forgery long ago. Here there is the most truth about how easy it is to lose yourself if you think you are simply doing a job.

Barnabas Collins in Depp's performance is not a monster but a romantic family man. For him vampirism is simply an aspe by @olgadepp_depphead

🎊 Today, October 29, 2025, Winona Ryder celebrates her 55th birthday.

Johnny Depp and Winona met on June 26, 1989 at the premiere of the film "Great Balls of Fire!" in New York, when she was 17 and he was 26.

They started dating a few months later, and in July 1990 they announced their engagement after five months of dating.

During their relationship, Depp got the famous tattoo on his arm with the inscription "Winona Forever".

They broke up in June 1993 after almost four years together, citing intense media pressure, public interest and their age difference. Later Depp changed the tattoo to read "Wino Forever".

Later Winona Ryder described the painful breakup as an inspiration for a difficult period after the split, while Depp spoke of her as his first true love, which brought him disappointment.

They maintained a respectful relationship, and Ryder publicly defended Depp during his subsequent legal battles.

P.S: congratulations to the beauty, even though they broke up, they broke up as friends and we always appreciate here those who support JD after everything that happened! 💗🌸 Thanks Winona for everything, we love you! Cheers, X 🥂

📌 An interesting excerpt from an article featuring an interview, from "Details" magazine, May 1993:

The giant pickles sitting at our table have been troubling us for the several hours we have sat here. They look so disgusting, and it seems inconceivable that anyone would ever eat one of them. In their midst is one single gnarled pickled green tomato. We have been casually daring each other to indulge. Suddenly, while evading a question about his early sexual experiences, Depp demands, "How much for you to eat it?"

How much are you offering? I ask.

"A hundred dollars."

Are you serious?

"Are you?"

I take the tomato and bite. It is genuinely disgusting. We collapse into hysterics, myself trying not to choke on the bitter putrid flesh. Slowly, I finish it. He hands over the money. I protest, but he won't accept it back, so eventually I take Johnny Depp's virgin twenties and press them into my pocket.

A friend of Johnny Depp and they met in 2016. Lara generously shared her full and detailed story of meeting JD on her account.

Later she will also post the continuation of the story (we all hope for this), so keep an eye out so you don't miss it! 😉 It's a truly very interesting story that caught my attention several years ago, and I already managed to read it fully back then; there are many cool and important details there for Deppheads! 🖤

There are no personal, work or romantic relationships between Lara Felice and Johnny Depp — NONE!

P.S. — congratulations to you, it's very pleasant to communicate with you 🌷🥂 Thanks for the details and patience, I wish you a great celebration, you're a good person!! 💗

🎊 On October 9 (2026), Sharon Osbourne celebrated her 74th birthday.

Sharon Osbourne is a famous British TV presenter, music producer, writer, and wife of legendary rock musician Ozzy Osbourne. She gained worldwide fame as her husband's manager, organizer of the Ozzfest rock festival, and as a star of the cult reality show "The Osbournes".

Sharon has been connected to actor Johnny Depp by a long-standing friendship, and in recent years she has become one of the most prominent media figures who publicly and emotionally defended him during scandalous legal battles with his ex-wife.

The Talk’s Sharon gave Piers Morgan Uncensored her immediate reaction to the trial a day after spending the evening with the actor at the Royal Albert Hall.

‘Wow, it wasn’t what I was expecting,’ she started. ‘I mean, I wanted Johnny to win but I didn’t expect him to.’

Sharon insisted that Johnny is a ‘good human being’ and a ‘gentle soul’, sharing one example of a private moment he recently had:

“I can tell you last night, he spent about 45 minutes in his dressing room on his knees, talking to this little girl that was reading her diary to him,’ she claimed. Now, I don’t know many guys that would sit back and do that. There weren’t any cameras around there were no film crews. He did it because he’s a gentle soul. He wanted this little girl to read the diary for him and she did. She must have been all of eight years of age. And the thing is, he is a gentle soul but we know what alcohol and drugs do when you mix them together, they change you. Sometimes, I suppose, he lost his rag, but as a human being he’s a good human being. The world really did want him to win and he’s won and that’s it. She could have backed out somehow, she could have got to him, there could have been something to save it going on. Because he wouldn’t have gone this far, if she didn’t push and push and push… she (amb*r) wanted to destroy him.”

P.S: Sharon, thank you for your sincerity, honesty and support! You have always been and remain so strong, you so amaze and inspire me, happy birthday, dear! 🥂🌹

🎊 On October 5 (2026), Kate Winslet celebrated her 51st birthday.

A well-known and striking joint project of Kate Winslet and Johnny Depp is the biographical drama "Finding Neverland", released in 2004.

In this touching film by director Marc Forster, the actors played the lead roles:

• Johnny Depp played the famous Scottish writer and playwright James Matthew Barrie.

• Kate Winslet transformed into Sylvia Llewelyn Davies — the widowed mother of four sons.

Winslet spoke warmly about working with Depp, noting his unique acting sensitivity, emotional precision, and the way he deeply immersed himself in the role of a vulnerable and creative character.

The actress emphasized that they were on the "same wavelength" creatively, sharing a similar rhythm of thinking and approach to the role.

Years later, Depp and Winslet warmly met at public events and film festivals (including the Palm Springs Film Festival), continuing to publicly express mutual affection and admiration.

P.S: let's all congratulate this amazing actress, also known for many other diverse roles! 🌷🎬 Incredibly talented and always sincere, I adore her from many films.
And which of her roles is your favorite? I would gladly listen to her fans here☺

🎬 Rare footage from the filming of the movie "Public Enemies" in the city of Beaver Dam (Wisconsin, USA).

In the video, Johnny Depp and Marion Cotillard enter the real building "The Rogers", which was used as a film location to imitate the Tucson hotel "Congress" in the film.

This scene was filmed several times!

The filming of the movie took place in 2008 in the USA across several states — primarily in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana, as well as in California and Florida.

You can see additional filming locations at this link (it's also in my story):
