You’re allowed to live a life that makes sense to you, even if it doesn’t make sense to anyone else. #remindertoself #growth #selfrespect by @olgareimgen

I’m finally learning the difference between giving up and letting go.

Giving up feels like defeat.
Letting go feels like: I’m done fighting what is

I don’t need to understand everything anymore.
I don’t need to convince anyone.
I don’t need to hold onto something just because I once wanted it badly.

If it wants to leave, let it leave. by @olgareimgen

An ode to my 30s. ❤️

I entered them pregnant with my first child, announcing it to everyone on my 30th birthday.

Then came family life. Two beautiful kids. Building another company. Taking time away from work to raise them. Growing, changing, figuring things out as I went.

And now, on the edge of 40, life is shuffling the cards all over again.

Some chapters are closing. New ones are beginning. And I honestly have no idea what the next decade has in store for me.

But if my 30s taught me anything, it’s that a lot can happen in ten years.

So, 40s…

Let’s see what you’ve got. ❤️ by @olgareimgen

My favorite places aren’t really my favorite because of the place.

They’re my favorite because of who was there with me.

I could be standing somewhere that’s supposed to be “the most beautiful place in the world,” but if I can’t share it with someone I love, it just doesn’t hit the same.

For me, the best part of any trip is having someone next to me to laugh with, look at the view with, get lost with, or later say, “Remember when that happened?”

Those shared little moments become the story.

And years later, it’s rarely the place I remember most. It’s the people I experienced it with.

That’s what makes a place unforgettable to me. #girlstrip #sicily #castellamare #birthdaytrip by @olgareimgen

One of my favorite words is German.

Marmeladenglasmomente.

There isn’t really a perfect English translation, but I like to think of them as jam jar moments.

The kind of moments you wish you could gently place into a little glass jar. Close the lid. Keep them safe forever.

Because some moments are just too beautiful to lose.

Then, on the hard days, you open that jar again.

And for a second, you’re back there.

You remember the laughter. The smell. The warmth. The way your heart felt in that exact moment.

This video is one of those moments for me.

One I’ll keep in my jar forever. ❤️#marmeladenglasmomente by @olgareimgen

There are dates that quietly disappear.

And then there are dates that split your life into BEFORE and AFTER.

The day you met the love of your life.

The day your child was born.

The day you got the phone call you wish had never come.

We all collect a few of those dates.

Our brains hold onto the painful ones the tightest.

They come with fear, grief, shock, or heartbreak.

Emotions so intense that they carve themselves into our memory.

I’m carrying a few of those dates myself as well.

Some days I wish I could erase them completely.

But something I’ve heard over and over keeps coming back to me.

The biggest turning points in life often don’t feel like gifts when you’re living through them.

They feel like loss.

Like chaos.

Like the ground disappearing beneath your feet.

Only much later do some people realize that those moments quietly redirected their lives toward something they could never have imagined before.

It’s like life just handed you a new deck of cards.

At least that’s what I’m trying to believe right now. 😅

Some experiences never become “good.”

Losing someone you love will always hurt.

Some memories stay heavy forever.

But maybe not every painful date exists to define the rest of our story.

Maybe some of them exist to start a new chapter.

Not one we asked for.

But one we’re slowly learning how to write. by @olgareimgen

I love these two little humans beyond the edge of the universe ❤️ by @olgareimgen

A reminder to myself:

The magic cannot leave you when it has always been coming from you.

The love, the warmth, the safety, the feeling of home you brought to places and people were never dependent on the outside.

You carry them within you.

You are the source.

Don’t forget that. #remindertoself #magic #selflove❤️ by @olgareimgen

For a long time, I loved this quote:

“Life is too short. Live it to the fullest.”

But lately I’ve been wondering if we’ve misunderstood it completely.

“Living life to the fullest” is for me:

Do what makes you happy.

Put yourself first.

Protect your peace.

Follow your truth. And on their own, none of these are bad things.

Until they become the only things.

Because then every decision starts revolving around one question:

“What’s best

And that’s where I think we get it wrong.

Living life to the fullest was never meant to mean making yourself the center of the universe.

To me, it means having the courage to be yourself without forgetting that everyone around you is trying to live their one life too.

Because other people only get one life as well.
“A life well lived isn’t measured by how much you take from it, but by what you leave behind.” Perhaps that’s the better one 🤪 by @olgareimgen

Bad Bunny just gave a masterclass in inclusion without using the word once.

He walked the Super Bowl field with the Americas behind him, naming every one of them without reducing cultures into one identity.

🇨🇱 🇦🇷 🇺🇾 🇵🇾 🇧🇴 🇵🇪 🇪🇨 🇧🇷 🇨🇴 🇻🇪 🇬🇾 🇵🇦 🇨🇷 🇳🇮 🇸🇻 🇬🇹 🇲🇽 🇨🇺 🇩🇴 🇭🇳 🇭🇹 🇺🇸 🇨🇦 🇵🇷 🇻🇮 🇨🇼 🇯🇲

But in company settings, inclusion often quietly translates to:

“We treat everyone the same.”

That sounds fair.
It sounds inclusive.
But it’s not.

Because treating everyone the same assumes:
• people start from the same place
• work the same way
• communicate the same way
• express value in the same way

They don’t.

It can, and should mean celebrating the many colors, sounds, rhythms, and stories that make up a shared experience.

It‘s not a neutral sameness.

When you treat everyone the same, you’re not creating equality.

Humans aren’t one element.
We’re combinations.
Context.
History.
Culture.
Personality.

Real inclusion is:
“Everyone can fully contribute without becoming someone else.”

We don’t need less difference to feel united.
We rather need the courage to let difference stay visible and celebrate it.

It wasn’t just a show for me.
Bad Bunny showed me that inclusion means letting cultures stay visible and expand what “together” can look like on the world’s biggest stage 👏

Monday to Friday, I work in focus mode.
Structured. Planned.

Friday evening to Sunday night, I switch it off.
Less thinking. More feeling.
More life in the body, not just the head.

Work hard. Then live loudly.
Trying this two-mode life to keep my balance intact.

“Girls who don’t get manicures and pedicures… Why?”
Well, Jenny. Apparently, lots of reasons.

I laughed when I read this question on Threads yesterday.
The replies were GOLD.

Surgeons.
Pilots.
Founders.
Gardeners.
Moms.

Women basically saying:
“It just doesn’t fit my life.”
“I’m not a doll. I do what’s right for me.”

It’s not about nails.
More about the assumption behind the question.
Like this is the default.
And if you opt out, you’re expected to explain why.

So Jenny, why?

There are plenty of reasons.
But the main one is simple.

We’re in 2026.

And women should be free to define what’s right for them without social standards or expectations.

Do it if you love it.
Skip it if you don’t.
Change your mind whenever you want.

That freedom is kind of the point.

👉 Carousel has the reasons.
