I hiked Montserrat from the very bottom to the very top: 1,200m of elevation gain and my first ever 1,000m+ day.
Was not easy but absolutely doable. I felt strong and confident the whole way and it left me delusional that I can actually run it hahaha

These one day trips around Catalonia have become my favorite thing to do. Taking a train, finding new trails and exploring exploring exploring

And soon I’ll finally share a little project where I’m putting all my love for running, exploring and traveling around Catalonia into one place🫶🏻 taken in Montaña de Montserrat by @oli.chh

Had the best weekend with the best people @justoheras @raquelfialho , Ulises, Olivia and Chus in Tarragona❤️‍🔥

1. Ran the trail and twisted my ankle again (thats was worth it!)
2. Had my first rodeo with omnium and didn’t fell
3. Saw the Spanish Rome aka beautiful Tarragona
4. Ate the real homemade paella
5. Swam in the pool for the FIRST time since I’m in Barcelona
6. Had express course of Spanish with kids
7. Enjoyed my life a lot

The most random and unhinged moments from my latest trail runs

There is absolutely nothing romantic about trail running in Barcelona summer when the temperatures hasn’t dropped below 30 for months

It’s just sweat, dirt, smell, impossible heat, the sun trying to kill you, early mornings, high hr, endless thirst and many many more great things

A little proud of myself for keeping going through it all. Honestly, I’m just hoping that that would make me a little stronger. And scratches would even make me smarter (I doubt that though) by @oli.chh

This week we went to Olot to celebrate the launch of @templerunninggirona and @laserbarcelona collaboration.

Had the most fun at the most beautiful track with the most incredible people🫶🏻 made my 400m PR, met many amazing people and laughed a lot

Thanks to everyone for such an amazing run to remember
