Boomtown changed my perception of the world we live in and how it all works. We are just energy having a physical experience. I met my two best friends and my boomtown family. Everything happens for a reason. This was the most magical experience of my entire life and genuinely life changing, I am so grateful for everything and everyone in it. These past few months have been insane. Some of the highest highs and definitely some of the lowest lows.

A big part of me coming out here alone was exactly that… being alone. Being thrown in the deep end and having to figure things out for myself. It’s been scary at times, but it’s also taught me more about myself than I could’ve imagined. Instead of distracting myself from the things I’ve been feeling, I’ve been trying to experience everything as it comes. The uncertainty, the loneliness, the excitement. Sitting with those feelings and learning from them has changed me in ways I don’t fully understand yet.

Spirituality has become a much bigger part of my life throughout all of this too. Learning to trust myself, trust the timing of things, and believe that even the difficult periods are trying to teach me something.

One thing that’s stayed constant through it all has been music. My relationship with music has become more powerful than ever. It’s helped me process things I didn’t have the words for, brought me comfort when I needed it most, and reminded me who I am. (you should defo check out which songs were supposed to match each photo on my 2026 highlight)

I’ve met so many people during this chapter of my life, and I think I’m still yet to find my people. But I trust that time will bring the right ones into my life when it’s supposed to.

Doing something like this isn’t for everyone, and there have been plenty of moments where I’ve questioned everything. But through all of it, I’ve realised that I’m stronger than I ever gave myself credit for. I genuinely believe I’m a good person and a powerful being in this world, and I’m excited for what’s to come.

I’ve been meaning to make this post for so long, but instead I’ve just kept posting stories to my favourite song of the day of posting lol. And don’t even get me started on how long it took me to choose the song for my 20 favourite photos over the past few months.
