Recently I bought an @ampeg B15N - the best sounding amp out there in my opinion. You just plug your bass in and Boom! - I don’t even turn any knobs. And it doesn’t matter if it’s a vintage bass with flats or a modern sounding bass with rounds like my @fbassinc VF6, the B15N simply does it’s magic. I only adjust the position of the mic (@beyerdynamic M88) according to the bass/ sound of the song: center position gives you clarity, treble and more fret sound / more to the edge of the speaker gives you more warmth and low end.

I live for live!! we actually missed each other‘s cues in this clip but that led to a drum solo of our one and only @leifberger with sick fills by @yyard_music and @olilutz so in the end it’s all good and the way it’s supposed to be. Spontaneous and surprising, baby!

Recently I bought this amazing Squier JV Stratocaster and its sound reminds me of so many great Funk and R'n'B records. Here's my little tribute to Funk music 😍 And If you wanna play along please tune your instruments to 428Hz - I forgot to tune my bass and had to adjust everything else 😵‍💫 by @olilutz
